Hotel was beautiful room was big clean and spacious had everything we needed. Continental breakfast was very good.10/10 only negative was a very loud party in the room right next door. They were bumping music and singing happy birthday really loudly, kids yelling and hitting walls. I didn’t complain because they quieted down about 10pm.

Everyone, from the moment we walked in, til the moment we checked out was extremely friendly and helpful. The room, along with the lobby and other common areas, were very, very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will be returning in the future.

Everything was great we enjoyed our stay and the pool and the extra towels. Breakfast was acceptable but a larger variety would have been great...over 9/10

Our overnight stay was great! The room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and had tons of storage for the three members of my family. We will definitely stay here again if we come back!

The bathroom fan blows very loudly, and the hot/warm water in the shower takes a few minutes to activate. Also, the heater blows tepid air, and I was completely unable to turn up the heat as the control panel on the heating unit did not work at all.

No laundry bag in the room. The shower was lukewarm and couldn’t get it warmer. Paper cup dispenser empty for grab and go. These are minor issues but they add up to receiving a lower score. The walls paper thin and experienced noise at night. I am a former medical meeting planner so these issues really stand out to me.

Got in late to my reservation after 450 miles and a rainstorm, only to find out that Hilton headquarters had canceled my room and they were sold out. Needless to say I’m pissed! No phone call, no email. I’ve been booking rooms on Expedia for over 15 years religiously. They did send me an email asking how my check-in was, which is how I’m replying!

Very freidly and clean. Water pressure on the shower was too weak although I like to be on the eco friendly side.

We stayed here when my daughter had a state level competition. This is an amazing place and very clean. Nice breakfast and surrounded by nice restaurants. We will stay again here when return next year.

Took a day trip from Cleveland to the Hollywood Casino. We decided to stay the night. Home 2 offered everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. The suite was large and comfy. Next visit we will try out the pool.
