Cleanliness was exceptional. Rooms were large and quiet. Proximity to airport. Breakfast was plentiful and amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Shower was so dirty that it makes my skin craw when I think about it. Layers of scum that turned black at corners of shower, just to say it had been weeks at least since last cleaning. Made reservation for a standard room since I was travelling solo and was assigned to a twin beds room; had to pay extra to get a decent single bed. Breakfast was decent but would've traded that for a clean shower!

Great hotel and super convenient for the airport (a 5 minute walk away and the hotel provide a free shuttle service to the airport as well). Flights go from Lisbon airport all night and we couldn't hear any planes from our room at all so had an excellent night's sleep. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast is available from 2am until 11am.

Hotel is well located with shuttle to airport. Another positive is that they start serving breakfast at 2:00 AM if you have an early flight. But, there is hardly any lighting in the bedrooms and the switches for that limited lighting are convoluted and not easy to control. Would I stay there again..... NO!

Wy wife and I had an overnight stay in Lisbon in preparation for our train the next day. The hotel is easily walking distance from airport and we were greeted by friendly staff. Our room was a little small but very clean and efficient. The breakfast buffet the next morning was fantastic with allot of variety. We encountered excellent customer service from all the staff and would definitely stay here again.

It was a short overnight necessitated by an early flight. The hotel was surprisingly quiet considering the airport was steps away. The staff was extremely friendly and kind. The room was tiny, and barely had room to put down two suitcases to re-pack for the flight (had to get creative) Considering the cost relative to other local hotels, it was certainly overpriced. It does have a nice small bar and restaurant that accommodates the wide range of travelers. The "star theming" is a bit cheesy, but it definitely uplifts what would be a ho-hum interior if absent. Overall, I'm giving it a 4, which I think might be generous, but it was clean and in good repair. It also checks the boxes for what travelers seek in close proximity to the airport

The hotel is super convenient for anyone flying in or out of the airport because the walk from the hotel to the airport takes only a few minutes. I walk rather slowly, and with luggage - takes me around ten minutes. But someone with a brisker step might be able to walk the distance in less time. The room I had was very clean and efficiently designed. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. The buffet breakfast wasn't anything special but adequate and the selections tasted fine.

Good hotel literally on the airport. I am not a fan of rooms with shower and toilet next to the bed, so the curtain solution did help. Clean and comfortable, good breakfast and service.

The main reason to stay here is the ability to walk to the airport. It’s just a 5 minute walk and you can see the departure/arrival terminal from the hotel. It was pricey at 130.00 euros plus but you’re paying for airport access not comfort. It’s a large hotel but small lobby and just a tiny corner bar. Breakfast was included and fine, nothing spectacular but acceptable. It seemed there were quite a few people checking in so maybe there is a discount theough tour operators as it didn’t seem the quality of travlers was too high. There is a Amelia next door has a nicer lobby but the price is even higher. The room was tiny. When you walked in the room the door opened to a built in unit and you needed to squeeze around the door. No space for people to pass in the room. Just the bed and a little space to walk around the bed. The bathroom was decent size however. Again just a stop over hotel for early flights.

Convenient 1 night stay as we had a very early flight out of Lisbon. Convenient 5 min shuttle to the airport. Great service. Okay rooms, but good for the price and convenience.

As 1out of the 2 airport hotels, their location is not any better than the other. Not really a fault of theirs. Dragging suitcases to the airport was a real chore. There are pedestrian marked paths but crossing can be hazardous. However, service is attentive, rooms are small but well designed, breakfast is plentiful and with many options.

This place is a disorganized mess! Check in took over an hour because customers with vouchers overwhelmed the lobby. There was a line out the door. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else - take an Uber if you have an early flight. Otherwise, be prepared for chaos when flights get cancelled and last minute customers swarm the lobby.

Right outside terminal One of the airport, this made a very convenient place for our nights arriving and leaving Lisbon. Walk to terminals and rental cars and an easy 15 minute cab ride to explore Lisbon. Staff members are super friendly and helpful. Very happy about everything

This is a clean and convenient hotel near the Lisbon airport. You can walk to the airport if you need to catch a flight in the middle of the night. They have breakfast service starting at 2 am, which is a pleasant surprise. The airport shuttle service starts at 4 am and runs every 15 minutes.

Clean, modern, comfortable room. Large bathroom. Excellent breakfast!! Only a 4 minute walk to terminal 1. The hotel is basically across the road from the airport. Highly recomend.
