Everything about my trip was really good the only thing is that they ran out of towels for the spa and the pool and they didn't put any more out there the lady at the front desk gave out very few but everybody that came to the pool had to go back to their room and pull towels from their rooms that was a little bit of a hassle although I knew before I went down I brought my own towel

The room was big and spacious. The beds were okay. There was no water pressure or hot water on the 2nd floor. We contacted the front desk. They said they would let maintenance know. No shower- due to water pressure. Breakfast was not good. Asked for a refund and received points equal to 1/8 of our stay. We will not stay here again. We were very disappointed.

I stay 1 night and check in around 10 pm, my room is large but shower area is too small, the noise from upstairs is so loud make me wake up all night.

Very nice room. Liked having mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffer maker. Room temp was difficult to control via thermostat so manually turned heat on and off. Manageable. Breakfasts were really nice. Area kept clean and replenished.

This hotel is lovely. BUT there was a problem with the card key system on our room door so we had no access to our room or any of our belongings for 12 hours. This meant we had to sleep in our day clothes (in a different room) with no toiletries, medication or clean clothes. Staff did their best and were charming, but i would have hoped to have a partial refund for our party of 3, given the problems we had. But Fairfield are having none of it.

clean, new, nice rooms, friendly staff, didn't care for breakfast, meatless, and rooms are not very sound proof, stayed on first floor, convenient, but you hear all the doors slamming over and over and over, and everyone going to breakfast, babies screaming etc, so I recommend staying on 2nd, or 3rd floors! its close to highway, restaurants and shopping nearby.

A little disappointed that the room was smaller then expected, but very clean. The bathroom was also very clean. We used the fridge in the room since it was nice and cool for the food we carried with us. The breakfast only had a couple if hot options but was delicious. Our only complaint would be that the only chair in the room was a desk chair and both the chair and the bed were right next to the air conditioning unit, so it got a bit chilly with the air blowing right on the them.

Area was easy access to freeway. Property was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Knocked a star off because sink water would back up and tv didn’t turn on at all. Would stay again.

Great place to stay if you’re passing through town. Great front desk staff, very clean room, bed was comfy enough for a traveler and it was a welcome place to stay. My only criticism - The air conditioning is a relatively recent type of wallbanger heat/cool unit, and pretty loud.
