Our 3 night stay was wonderful
Only maintenance issue was the garbage disposal was not working properly and the waterl would not drain properly in the kitchen sink.
Totally recommend.

Anna at front desk was very helpful and friendly. She even put us in one of our favorite rooms!
The floor didn’t appear to have been vacuumed and there was some dog hair in the tub.
Being a motel manager I understand the frustration from having to clean a room that was previously occupied by a owner who let their dog run wild.

Cozy room, small kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee service, oversized pillows, room was clean and comfortable.
Front desk attendant attentive clean lobby, ample coffee service. The pay and you go breakfast not so great. Base on the cost of the room this service should be provided.

I had called about my reservation, to see if i could still cancel it the day of. The lady on the phone told me i could cancel still, and my money would be put back into my account. Then come to find out it never was and never would be. over $100 i paid
They kept my hotel room fee. If i knew they were going to keep it i would have just spent the night!

They have a kitchen there, which is why we chose the place BUT there's no pots, pans, utensils, nothing to cook with. At check in they make a big deal about turning on your ice maker but they don't even have cups. The kitchen is absolutely useless

The room had a nice fully kitchen with a full size fridge and freezer. Both were clean. However, the room shade let in a lot of light and they did not provide shampoo or conditioner in the room. It was an odd experience for a hotel. The staff were helpful, but not necessarily friendly.

Our breakfast was served every morning at the weekend Retreat we were attending so the fact that breakfast was not included at the Hotel was perfect for us. Why pay for something you are not going to enjoy? We appreciated that option which helps keep the overnight price lower than some other hotels.

its newly built hotel, it still has that new smell when you walk in.. the rooms are very clean and decent size with a kitchenette, as you enter the room. there is a regular size refrigerator, not sure how one would cook meals without any pots/pans/dinnerware/eating utensils/etc... maybe the hotel guest is suppose to bring your own...? that would just be plain silly...
the bed was nice and comfortable..
i would stay at this hotel again...

Our family had stayed here before and we really enjoy our stay each time at this hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great place to stay!

Testing fire alarm was 10 min notice. Later they came back and tried to enter the room without knocking.

They never cleaned our room even after we requested it though the front desk. We stayed there from Saturday through Wed and we had to get our own towels, TP, cups, coffee and empty our trash.

This property has a place to cook in the room, but they do not supply any utensils or cookware or dishes. You have to buy those things in their sad little store. Another way to make a pile of money from tired travelers. Way to go.

So not a bad place as long as nothings going in at the center. NOT REAL HAPPY that I couldn't t check in at 2:40 (3:00) and that the tub spout fell off onto the top of my foot Ouch! It didn't break anything but left a definite bruise. I showed the front counter who said they would discount the room. Still waiting on that promise :)

Its location was amazing being really close to pretty much everything we were wanting to do. Super clean and perfectly peaceful and quiet.
Big downside was that I reserved a room with two beds and a recliner. It had this but the recliner was busted so bad that the first time I sat in it, it immediately reclined and leaned a lot to one side making it weird to sit in and the second time I tried to sit in it, it just tipped over.
Add in the having no pool, hot tub, or complimentary breakfast but charging the same as places that do offer those amenities made me regret my choice to stay here.

The bed is very comfortable but it was not possible to get a good night sleep due to a horrible smell in the room. That was a very strong nauseating smell of carpet deodorizer or something like that. Had to have a window open all night just to be able to breath. And its 3rd of February-winter. Will not stay there again.

Property was new & clean. However, kitchen cover was empty, and no tool, no plate, nor no cutlery. Included breakfast was just one granola bar, one apple, and one bottle of water. Since the hotel had high rate, i expected more, but such a disappointment
