This hotel is simply wonderful. The staff who I've interacted with at the reception were incredible - friendly and professional, accommodating, and uber helpful.
The room was pleasant, wonderfully quiet - I was actually amazed how quiet my room was knowing that there were people in the room next door, and my room was facing the street.
The bathroom could do with a bit of a review to clean up the corners of it; and the shower holder needs fixing. But these were minor things that didn't impact my stay.
A mild disappointment was the internet which was very temperamental (maybe because I was at the end of the corridor), and lack of tea bags and spoons (or something to stir the drink with).
Apart from that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay in this hotel again (and would bring my own tea :))

The hotel y near to the turístico bus stop and the place is excellent. If I will be back I will stay there once more time

This was the second time we stay at this wonderful hotel.
It is in a great location. Close to everything yet on a quiet street.
The staff was super accommodating and courteous tending to all of our needs.
The breakfast buffet was delicious and also enjoyed the bar.
Highly recommend staying here....
