People at the front desk, with fake apologies. Loud music and noise from the rooms above. Called front desk... I was told that they would address the issue. An hour later still very noisy at 1130 pm. Called front desk again... was told "it was addressed" I told them it was still noisy... they replied with "sorry you feel that way" nothing else to be done... terrible service with a SMILE.

It is very clean and new. It looks remodeled. Though it locates new busy road, it is quiet inside the room. Also, they have really fresh cut fruits for breakfast buffet. Nice place. Will come here again. Strongly recommended!

Had a last minute flight cancellation and needed a place stay that was safe and comfy, and this delivered in everyway. Good value. Would come back.

We only needed a place to stay overnight but we very lucky to have found this treasure of a hotel! Check in was quick and easy and it was so helpful that they had available luggage carts to use. The room was clean and quiet. But by far, the breakfast downstairs was THE BEST I've ever had at a hotel! It wasn't complimentary, but it was worth every penny! Made to order fresh and served by friendly staff. This was the cherry on top of a lovely stay!

Has very old heating system and thermostat was not working properly definitely needs to be upgraded. We paid for breakfast and it was very delicious and amazing. Staff are friendly. Generally I like this hotel and will come back in future.

My room had a terrible smell of chemicals initially, and I had to let the window open and fan run for a few hours. Even after that, the air was noticably smelly compared to the hallway.

I hated that they didn't let me cancel due to illness give me refund or credit for another time. I though reserving with Expedia would automatically guarantee refund or credit. the hotel management was impossible.

What I liked was the hotel is a convenient location to UCSB. Walking distance to Target shopping plaza with several places to eat right across the street. As well as a gas station on the corner.
For me, the only downside was having only one exit to the parking which is through the lobby.

We went to Goleta to meet our first grandchild. This Hilton is closest to there my daughter’s house. It was perfect for us, clean, good location, nice employees, free parking, and a rooftop bar!

just one night to relax, cause the next day was my niece's graduation from UCSB and at 4am the fire alarm rang very loudly, my mom almost had cardiac arrest, supposedly it was a false alarm, 20 min later rang again, then after that, we were no longer able to sleep & rest was a terrible night. In the morning I told the receptionist what happened all she said was Sorry, Horrible Experience.
