First time stating in hotel although haven to Dales many times before. Overall it’s fine but not fabulous.
Food is good, tasty especially the breakfast . Personally preferred the bar food to Palmers. Service was variable but most staff were very attentive. Room was comfortable, especially the bed, great shower, large TV. No air con and noisy when window opened as our room ‘ Aysgarth’ was main road facing .
Generally the carpets needed a good clean on the stairs and landing .
Sadly weather was bad so couldn’t explore the gardens where they are having a large number of lodges built - should be good .
Overall not too bad at all but not stay there again.

Such a beautiful location, parking convenient, delicious food. Wifi was spotty at times but generally worked. If you’re looking for a spot in North Yorkshire this is definitely a place to consider!

Loved our stay, Masham room was lovely with a quality bathroom, it even had a TV area. Slept really well with comfortable bed nice bed linen. Holly at breakfast was super efficient giving very good service. Breakfast was of good quality and cooked to perfection. We will definitely be returning.
