Lack of cleaning. WiFi barely worked. Tub was dirty and a spotlight from the landscape light the room all night l!

This hotel seemed to have many longterm stays in house. I only stayed one night ( just too tired to drive all the way home). It was okay for what it was. It is in need of some repairs and TLC.

this hotel was the worst I ever stayed at the walls was nasty. The entries hotel was dirty. The rooms was dirty I saw roaches crawling around on the counter. The bathtub faucet was running all night long and couldn’t turn off. I rate this hotel a zero out of 10 the owner should be ashamed of himself to rent a hotel to customers like this.

the hotel said continental buffet, it was the worst i've seen. they need to put tub strips in so people don't slip like i did.

Hotels.com was my problem the Hotel was great. I had an emergency at home the issue couldn’t be corrected until the next day. So we book a room for the night got to hotel and found out it was booked for the wrong day. I was devistated more trouble and all I wanted was to go to bed. We tried unsuccessfully to change the date but 3 hotels.com reps claim they couldn’t change the arrival date so we had to pay for another night. I am so upset with hotels.com and I am going to share my experience with all my family and friends. I will not use hotels.com anymore because once you spend your money they can’t help you!

It was horrible, used condoms, bacon and other items under bed. The room had no remote and we had to move mattress to find it. We found a lot more things that were gross. When we came into the room it was freezing. The front desk person he just laughed about issues.

They have bed bugs and I can prove it and stole my debit card I really need my money back

Hallways smelled like cigarettes and the "free" breakfast was sub-par. The bagels are the same size as pizza bagel bites and they had only a couple of pastries, not much of a variety. Also they only have the regular small creamers no flavors. There is a car parked in the back that was broken in to and has a flat tire, it looks as though it has been there for sometime.

Kitchenette had no plates or supplies to even heat up anything. Grab bar in shower was broken along with the toliet seat.

Hated the pillows so bring your own. And bring your own bar soup. The room was attractive but felt dirty. Very dark. Bathroom counter was sat upon and dislodged but never repaired. So makes you wonder what else. Shower pressure was good. Forget about the free breakfast. Cracker Barrel is just across the street, as well is Kristy Kreme.

I came to town early and was able to check-in without waiting till 3pm my room was ready. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. I had a really nice stay.

There were some evidence of bugs in the lobby. There were plumbing issues with the toilet and water pressure in my room. Low quality of towels and supplies. It is not a location I will visit again.

When arrived to check in the man at front was nice but when I got my room key The first room wasn’t cleaned had bags of trash left and can see where the room attendant didn’t finish the job but I was able to go to the front desk. Let the Man know and he gave me another room. That room was totally different from the first one. Didn’t have a smell like the first one and this one had actually been cleaned

Possibly the worst provided breakfast I have had. The staff put out the bare minimum requird each day of my staff. It runs out quickly and the breakfast is first come first seved.

This is nothing on the hotel itself because that was very clean and the desk was very nice and accommodating, but the Riff Raff that stayed there that night was horrific. First I had a couple on one side of me that were fighting and yelling and screaming and I had a family with little kids running up and down pounding on the walls on the other side but above me was the worst. It sounded like a stampede of elephants talking loudly pounding very rude noisy and chaotic. I sleep with a white noise machine and it was horrific over and above that. Finally had to go to the front desk at midnight and ask for another room on the top floor, after doing that I got maybe 5 hours sleep but it was quiet up there. Not the greatest neighborhood that I thought although the Hotel was very clean and immaculate. But overall I wouldn't suggest it. It's not in that greatest neighborhood but not too bad, close to Memphis so you can figure that out.

I think my sheets are dirty…. The wrinkles look like somebody slept here all ready..bd is very old and lumpy. Strong smell of smoke:( The refrigerator doesn’t open bc the rubber gaskets come off when you try and open the doors. Weird. TV works:)

Staff was nice however the first room had vomit on the side of the bed. The staff changed rooms quickly without question and the second room had 2 roaches in the bath tub. This room also had someone’s passport still in it left in the closet. It’s clear there is no attention to detail when cleaning these rooms. Also there was a pair of lashes left in the elevator on the floor like really you couldn’t just put them in the trash. We left at about 0830 and breakfast was gone. Overall the stay served its purpose traveling across country. We really just needed a place to shower and sleep for a few but certainly will not stay again.

My experience with this hotel was very pleasant. Friendly staff, very clean and would stay here again. Only issue, the breakfast wasn't available when stated. But overall this is an excellent place to stay for the price.

The staff was pleasant. The room wasn’t clean, gum was on the wall and the toilet seat was dirty. We had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the restroom ourselves.
