Check in was easy. Room was clean and comfortable. Slept great which usually doesn’t happen for me in a hotel. Very quiet. The pool was clean but the water was ice cold.

I was told that I could late check out at 2pm. On day of checkout i was rudely told I had to leave by 12:30 and no one knew where the 2pm came from. Very frustrating

Had high hopes due to such high reviews but was very disappointed. Had to wait for 15 min when I got there to check in because no one was at front desk.Area did not feel safe at all. There were cops outside both nights. When I arrived, there was a car with a broken out window right in front of hotel. I would have went somewhere else but had already paid and it was non refundable. There was also some kind of event center across street and they partied late into night and I believe that was where most of the problems were coming from. Rooms were nice and clean for the most part. Shower had great pressure!

The rooms are clean and beds very comfy! It's quite spacious and convenient to interstate, shopping and eating. A bit noisy the second night I was there, but kids were on Spring Break. So, I understand the excitement and the noise settled down after while.

Bathrooms were small. Beds were small. No free breakfast. It was clean and nice size room. Good for a business traveler but not so much for a family.

The front desk clerk at check in was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided a great restaurant recommendation that we really enjoyed! The room was very comfortable and the hall way area was nicely quiet. The pool is heated. Only drawback is the hallway leading to pool is drafty and chilly.

The fan blowing continuously on the bed even when we tried to turn it off. Bed was moderately comfortable. Facility very clean and so we’re the rooms. Breakfast was lovely.

First room had three large roaches. Moved to a new room…it had a terrible smoke smell. Third room was just fine. Front desk service was very polite and willing to help fix the issues.

The first attempt to check in at my registered time was not successful or enjoyable. However when we returned later, we had a better experience. Front desk lady was friendly and the lady at the bar was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The shower head is extremely outdated and could use an update.
