If you need a room because you're short on cash or it's the LAST thing available, then stay here. The elevator was out of order the entire weekend! The first floor hallway smelled like fish ALL weekend, so that tells me that's the everyday smell. Room was ok. The bed has no comfort at all. The pillowcase was stained so I left that one on the floor. The door to my room has a slight crack so I didn't feel safe. Not a hotel I would EVER stay in again!!! We went into town for a softball tournament so STAY AWAY if this is your reason for staying!!!

Customer service was amazing. Elevator was broken and they had signs up before entering and the lady at the front desk let me know before we proceeded.

We never stayed there and yet got charged. After a long 14 hour dive we arrive at the hotel. Waited 15 minutes for an associate to come To the desk. He said there were no rooms under my name. I explained I booked the room through hotels.com. Associate explained hotels.com didn’t pay them so they cancelled my reservation. They said we might be able to get you another room. I checked my bank and it was charged for the room but the hotel said they didn’t receive it so I would have to pay again for another room to stay there since my reservations were canceled by the hotel. After the back and forth and getting no where my husband and I left and stayed at another hotel down the road. I checked my bank account bank and a couple days later and it was refunded then a month later it charged me again. Can hotels.com please help me resolve this problem. I contacted the hotel and of course they said that’s on hotels.coms end. Contacted my bank and they said to talk to hotels.com.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Elevator broken. Smelled like marijuana. Wasn’t advertised that people actually live in this hotel. People camped out in the parking lot in lawn chairs late at night hanging out. Shower/tub wouldn’t drain water. Never again

The vinyl flooring looks good, and may be more ecofriendly, but if you are a light sleeper, get ready for more noises than you can imagine. Had a horrible sleep due to excessive noise. Hairs in bathroom, both in bathtub and toilet. Horribly repaired hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched through it. Not hotels fault, but had some random person knock on the door looking for someone we didn't know. Freaked my wife and kids out. Would not recommend to friends or family, and will not be staying here again.

The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. Overall the hotel needs an updated. The beds were uncomfortable, our room had some wear and tear such as the baseboard pulling away from the wall. The bathroom door looks as if someone punched a hole in it and tried covering it with puddy. The walls where dingy and paper thin, heard the guests next door and heavy stomping/walking above us. For the amount of time we were actually there it works for a place to sleep.

My key card stop working and locked me out of my room all night on the cold. The hotel staff leave after 11 pm and you can't reach anyone to let you in until 5 am.

The walls and floors are very thin and people walking or talking above or beside you is very distracting when you are trying to sleep or relax. The workers were nice and the rooms were very clean though.

It was fine. Something was buzzing at 330am which wasn’t enjoyable but then it stopped. Wish we had hand towels and/or paper towels in a room. You can cook in. There wasn’t any pans or even any soap to clean things. We should be asked at check in if we need any of this stuff. I never seen a hotel where the front desk closes. We checked in just in time. Even when checking out no one was there.

My stay at this hotel was not so good. The entire stay was frustrating. I had trouble with my room key during the entire stay and found myself making numerous trips back to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. I was even locked out of the building some people had to let me in. I reported that the shower door kept sliding back open on its own while trying to shower, noone came to look at it while i was there. The lamp shades were turned sideways in the room and needs to be replaced. Too much sunlight in the room there are no blinds so it is bothersome. I have stayed here twice and im sorry to say after that key issue i will not be returning because it occured each time i needed to get in my room

This place was unkept. There were holes in the doors and it was filthy. There was no one available to check out and I had to wait for an extended period of time to check in. It seemed like homeless people lived there.

The front desk clerk that checked us in was very very very nice, professional and personable. However, our towels had bright red stains and brown stains on them. No staff on the property when we returned to obtain additional linen. Our bed linen, had several pieces of hair and possibly animal hair on one side (not too sure), but it was definitely hair on them. Our toilet did not flush all of the way, and again there was no staff there around 8am when we woke up to notify. This is not our first stay at this property, but it is likely our last.

Hard to get in door. the staff was argumentative when my card would not open the door and it was an inconvenience for him to open the door. The floor mat in bathroom had a small drop of what looked liked fresh blood when I pulled it out to put on floor. I smelled marijuana in the hall way when I was leaving to return home. Cheap hotel with a cheap price. Not worth it.

I paid more for this room on EXPEIDIA than I would have at the hotel. This is a very cheap hotel. It’s suppose to be newer so I thought it would be really nice. The luggage carrier smelled like cat pee. It was pouring rain and they didn’t have anywhere to pull up to drop off luggage without getting wet. They don’t serve breakfast. They don’t have ice. The hair dryer didn’t work. They don’t have laundry bags. It was very noisy. A lot of stomping and running coming from the room above us. From late at night till early in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for.

The only thing good about this stay was Teresa, the evening shift front desk clerk. At 2:00, we arrived and the clerk at that time was extremely rude. We expressed this to Teresa when she took over and she was very apologetic for co-workers attitude and rudeness. We got NO sleep, because you can hear every foot step, slam of door and conversation through the walls and floor. I will never stay here again when visiting West Monroe!

Absolutely no amenities. Worst shower. Bought Wi-Fi that did not work as advertised. Called desk for assistance. All they told me was that there was a card about the Wi-Fi in my room. NOT!!! Will never recommend or stay here again.

Beds are comfortable and I like not having carpet. I do wish the floors were mopped as I saw many dirty spots on the floor. No breakfast but coffee available in the lobby. I’d like it if there was a non sweetened creamer available. I’ve stayed here before and will probably stop here again.

Overall the room was pretty clean. There was some dirt under the bed. The bathroom had some molding that was loose and hanging. The carpet in the hallway had stains in front of almost every door and there was a big clump of hair in the hallway that stayed there until the next day. The staff was very friendly. We had stayed there a couple times before and were always pleased with how clean it was. Not sure what has happened in between the last time and this time.

The bed was comfortable. We were wakened early by an alarm going off in the room next door, which seemed to be unoccupied or the guest had already left. The floor of the room was dirty— we wore our shoes anytime our feet touched the floor. The 4th floor hallway rug was very stained and dirty.

Just an okay stay. Nothing terrible but okay for the price. Plentiful parking. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Would stay again.
