Shelly and the rest of the staff are awesome! Always making sure my stay is going as best as it can, and making sure that if there is something I need, it gets done.

The staff was excellent at this property. I believe that some of the rooms are in really great shape and others are not. A friend stayed in a different room and loved it. We did not love our room. It was the dolphin. The shower curtain had mold on the backside of it. The baseboards had nails with rust coming down. There was a small table that was so wobbly that it couldn’t hold more than a couple of pounds. The bed felt like a boxspring with metal digging into your back all night. After this we went to stay on an island with reef conservation international which is considered to be roughing it. But we found the accommodations better there. This room was just depressing and we almost left and went somewhere else, but we were too tired
