Friendly and accommodating staff, the property has bicycles and kayaks we could use, and cold A/C units. It’s right on the water with wonderful views of the Caribbean.

I have stayed at several places within the village and I must say Nirvana is my top choice now. The location couldn’t be any more perfect, beach was clean and beach chairs with umbrellas were provided. Kayaks and paddle board were also available. As far as the rooms, they were very clean and comfortable and had touches/amenities that made it feel resort like. To top it off, the staff was just so amazing and friendly. Really couldn’t have been a better stay. Looking forward to booking the Belizean Nirvana again!

Evan was at the Placencia airport waiting for us when we arrived. He took the time to drive us down the main street in Placencia before dropping us off at the sidewalk where another staff member was to take our luggage and walk us to the hotel. Everyone was so kind. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. Right on the beach.
The hotel is very conveniently located near many restaurants, coffee shops, and shops. The hotel also pays for a pool pass at the Placencia Beach Club during the time that the sargassum is heavy on the beach. Someone cleans up the seaweed regularly though. Sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee (also provided by the hotel) in the mornings was picture perfect.
We were only at the hotel for breakfast to be served once. They had eggs and waffles, along with fruit, coffee, juice, cereal (I may be forgetting something). Breakfast was brought to our room the evening before for the next day when we had tours planned that left before breakfast time.
Our stay was so perfect! I highly recommend and hope I can go back soon!!

The place was perfect in every way. My aunt and I felt like we were at home thanks to the personal touches. We were given complimentary rum punch, breakfast on the rooftop each morning, a clean, beautiful room with a veranda. They paid for us to swim at a beach resort since we couldn’t swim in the sea. The staff warm and inviting. Great places to eat were within walking distance. This gem was a 10.!
