We had such an amazing stay at the Paprika Apartment Grand. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The owner's son greeted us at arrival and took the time to show us around the apartment and answer all of our questions. There was plenty of room in this apartment for our entire family, nice bedrooms and full kitchen and it is located in a perfect location- right next to train stop and walkable to almost everything. Highly recommend

Owners very hospitable and gave us lots of information about the best places to visit. Apartment very spacious and spotlessly clean. Location excellent for tourist attractions, shops and restaurants.

Sylvia and Gabor’s apartment was brilliant. The location is spectacular - the River Danube was a short walk to the right, a supermarket was just 50m away downstairs, the Synagogue 5 minutes walk to the left, the Ferris Wheel 5 minutes to the right, and St Stephen’s Basilica 5 minutes in another direction. The Airport Shuttle 100 stops just outside your front door and the Hop On/Hop Off Bus has three stops within a 10 minute walk. The apartment faces a lovely quiet laneway, so there is no noise from quite a busy street intersection. Inside, it had all the conveniences of home - even Netflix and a washing machine. I loved the 1937 architecture of the building. A huge bonus was being greeted by their son Greg on arrival and when I left. Greg responded so quickly to any requests, and spent time with me going through the maps and giving guidance. If it wasn’t for him I never would have realised I arrived on Hungary’s National Day and the fireworks at the river. This apartment is truly a gem of a find - not because it is like a 5 star hotel but because it felt like home - and when you’re a solo traveller in a strange new town for a week and don’t speak the language, that counts for alot. (Having said that, everyone I spoke to spoke English so there were no language barriers.) The people in Budapest are simply lovely and I want to come back. Christine from Australia
