Beautiful hotel! Comfortable beds, immaculate cleanliness, gorgeous bathrooms...everything was perfect. Location cannot be beat. 5 minute walk to Broadway/Ryman. Easy to get an Uber and only about 10 minutes from the airport. The amenities were all lovely. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Great location for Broadway but quiet. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Plenty of coffee in hallway. Gym was great. Fabulous roof top bar.

Highly overrated hotel which is more suitable to hipsters than experienced travellers. So much wrong about this hotel. We were at the end of a very long road trip with a lot of luggage and initially, we were put in a room designed for a single person with no luggage. There was only one bedside table with the other bedside table being eschewed for a narrow wardrobe. Only there was a fridge in this wardrobe so there was no actual room to hang anything except perhaps a gap that was 4 inches wide and 3 foot tall. Made no sense at all - we had hardly any room to put our luggage. The room also overlooked noisy Printer's Alley and it was also impossible to get the room dark due to all the night lights, bedside clock etc.
Thankfully Maria at front desk saw sense and moved us to a more suitable room for our remaining night but it was too late to get any sleep back. Unfortunately, the only place to get a larger breakfast was in the basement dining room - the decor of which was inspired by Alice in Wonderland. It was dark and looked like an elementary school had decorated it with cotton wool stuck to the walls and shiny paper wrapped around the pillars. Perhaps this looks cool in the evenings I don't know - but it sucked for breakfast. Make sure to look out for the hidden 'destination charge' $28 a night which is supposed to give you a glass of champagne and appetisers. We weren't offered these and had to request the appetisers to the horror of the lady serving on the rooftop

Our stay at Noelle was great. The hotel location was perfect, right by Printer's Alley and just a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop ambience was really nice as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Early check in…told we’d receive text when room ready…never happened. Room/facility worn, needing refurbishing. Sink didn’t empty properly. Electronic room key failure. Slow valet for$60+/night. Parking a significant problem in downtown area.

Fabulous hotel. The coffee station by our 5th floor room was awesome. They have sparkling water on tap and ice in individual bags. Coziest robe provided. Jeff and Josh valets were fun and informative as we waited out front for Uber.

Hotel is nice. Service was ok.

We were very impressed with how clean and comfortable everything was. They had a really cool coffee shop and was really a perfect location in Nashville. We were there for a show at the Ryman and it was a five minute walk there, seven minutes to Broadway and not even five minutes to Printer’s Alley. Would definitely stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Noelle. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby bar and seating area were spacious and perfect for gathering with friends. The rooftop bar was cozy and had great city views. The coffee and water station on each floor were a very welcome amenity.

This was my visit stay with Noelle and will not be my last. I very much enjoyed to overall aesthetic and level of comfort amenities.
The only problem was that the automatic light and shade controls randomly activated four (4) times throughout the night. I was awaken by all lights being turned on and the window treatments automatically fully opening....to the hotel across the street....not good! I was in room 314.

So beautiful and clean! I love the decor and the history! Highly recommend!!

Amazing hotel with easy walk distance to Bridgestone, Broadway, and so much more.

The hotel is done well overall but the rooms are a little lackluster. The noise level from the surrounding area is super high. You can hear everything happening in the street level. The decor is super cute and the location is in the heart of downtown. It’s easily accessible to restaurants and nightlife. The downside of our stay was the staff at the hotel. They seemed indifferent to us as guests and were not welcoming. There’s no bellman so you’ll have to do it yourself. The worst part was when our shower was so clogged that it was overflowing with standing water. I literally had to jump out of the shower with shampoo in my hair. They sent a plumber to fix it and it couldn’t be fixed so they moved us to another room. We spent our Saturday night dealing with this disaster and then having to pack up our entire room and move. The hotel staff acted almost put out by this incident and was semi-rude about the whole thing. I won’t stay there again but interestingly enough, the best staff at the hotel was the valet, plumber and bartenders! They were all happy and helpful.

The hotel was fab! Restaurant was amazing - loved the Alice in Wonderland pop up. The food was delicious. The rooms are modern and very clean. Staff very friendly - location was perfect.

Very nice hotel, very clean and comfy in a great location. Rates were reasonable for Nashville. No Parking, No Ice Machine, super small fridge and the $25 a day “destination fee” /hidden fee didn’t sit well with me. Overall I’d recommend, might stay there again.

While the hotel was very clean, it lacked in other areas. the basement bar was never open anytime we checked over the 4 days. the hotel lobby bar was randomly open also. closed to a private party on our last night. the worst part about the trip was the temperature. our room was consistently 72 (HOT) however, the last night we couldn't get it under 76, it was quite awful to sleep in. we had it set to 66 to try and get it lower and it wouldn't budge

Wonderful hotel. Great amenities. Perfect location for downtown activities. We’ll be back!

GREAT HOTEL!!! No complaints! Restaurant was Awesome! A pop-up Alice in Wonderland theme! Food was great!
Water pressure in shower was the unbelievably strong. Almost a massage shower!
The only suggestion would be is to add a door sweep under the shower door. All the pressure from the shower head caused the bathroom floor to get wet.

Two things I always look for are clean and safe. This hotel was both and close to Broadway.

This was my second stay at the Noelle. It is now my go to fir staying down town Nashville. Start to finsh everything was perfect. Being a short walk to Broadway, the Ryman, or Bridgestone makes it a great location. The staff, from the valet to the front desk everything flows perfect. While i did not have my dogs with me i did see several onsite which for me makes the Noelle the perfect choice. 10 out of 10.

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at the Noelle for my birthday weekend. It’s located right next to Printers Alley and a few blocks from Broadway. So we just walked around and didn’t need a car. We enjoyed a cocktail at all the bars offered at the hotel. Our favorite was the clover noir. We also appreciated the automated shades in our room that did a great job of blocking out the sun in the morning. My only complaint is the $25 daily destination fee. That seemed a bit over top and unnecessary.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was positive, with a lot of good vibes and energy. However, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed. Firstly, upon arrival, I realized that my room looked nothing like the pictures online. When I contacted reception, they informed me that the pictures were deceiving and had not been updated, which was disappointing. Secondly, the morning after our arrival, we discovered that the restaurant would be closed for the week of our stay. It would have been appreciated to have been informed about this beforehand. Lastly, the cleanliness of the hotel was inconsistent. My sheets were not changed for several days until I requested it, and amenities were not replaced regularly. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel is otherwise pleasant.

Pretty noisy on weekends even with the sound machine. Otherwise, nice hotel and close to the action

We enjoyed our time in Nashville and liked staying at Noelle. Highs and Real lows with some staff. Jared, at the front desk is a real buzz kill. Nasty and not helpful. That set the tone for dealing with him. Jasmine in the rooftop, amazing. I was charged for valet though we did not have a car. I'm still trying to get reimbursed. Jared took my call, lucky me. Waiting for credit to show up for 2 more nights of valet that wasnt us. Great location. Cool hotel.

A bit noisy at night with music and revelers but overall nice:) mattress needs to be flipped as there’s a big dent from sleepers.

I've stayed here twice and think it's a very well run hotel. Rooms are immaculate and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant in the basement is good.

This is a boutique hotel rich in history. It is in a great location, staff are super friendly and helpful (especially Wesley and Nash). Downside is the breakfast in the basement restaurant. It’s a great venue but the food is a solid C. Skip that part.

We loved this hotel and can’t wait to go back. It is within walking distance to Broadway, Printers Alley, the Ryman, Bridgestone Arena and many more places. The amenities were great and staff always made sure our room was clean and toiletries were stocked. We went on my birthday and received complementary wine in our room as well. The speakeasy and Rooftop bar are definitely a must to check out. I can not wait to return.

Coffee and hydration station in hall was awesome!
2.0
Begins with the front desk and the two "Gabbies" and Alex were "over-the-top" accommodating. Four distinctly unique areas to relax with an adult beverage, from the rooftop to the "speakeasy" gave excellent choices. The "Drug Store" provided excellent choices of repast and the hotel where to enjoy them. However, when spending on an ounce of premium caviar, it was extremely disappointing that whomever was in charge decided to "skimp" on the measurement.

Great place to stay!

Small rooms…. No closet space.
