Hotel and inside staff was amazing but was hard to get over a bad start. Valet didn’t leave his stand. No help from car with luggage and watched me unload. Was just super annoyed at the lack of service.

Room was dark.. not much lighting.. no fan in bathroom for privacy… flimsy pocket type door…restaurant advertised was closed the days we were there.. roof top was open but did not see anyone..wonderful valet person named Gary that helped with bags from car to room. Wouldn’t choose to stay again.

It was an amazing experience that i wish i had more time to appreciate. The valet were curtious and professional. The concierge meet me with a smile and even upgraded my room. Everything was clean and up to date. Will revisit on a special occasion. I fully recommend.

Our stay at Bobby was amazing. The rooms were great (a little dark for getting ready) with all the extras you might need including a small seating area. We loved that there was a coffee shop right at the lobby. The weather was just warm enough that the rooftop patio was a perfect addition where there was lots of seating and full bar.

Our room already had other people in there!, even though we booked and prepaid weeks ago! Since the hotel was fully booked, they tried to send us to a different hotel, but we refused because we would miss the concert. It was a terrible experience and we had already missed our dinner reservations trying to deal with this. They eventually gave us another room at the Bobby, but we will not stay there ever again.

We had an amazing time at the hotel as we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with family and friends. The only issue we had was with a valet that was rude to us when we arrived. We had to get something out of the car he sent us down to get it and didn't give us a way back up, we were locked in the garage. Thankfully a maintenance guy came by and let us back in.

Very large rooms. Great design and accommodating staff. Was disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed tho... Left us few options but to head out on a very cold and rainy evening.

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully decorated. The entryway smelled so gooood! Staff was so nice and the coffee in the front was delicious too. Room is cozy and bed comfy. Get one with a balcony terrace. It was sooo nice. Away from broadway but a short walk to it.

I stayed at the Bobby Hotel for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed with the entire hotel! The lobby and the rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff was courteous and friendly, the rooms are spacious (albeit a little weird with the layout re: the entertainment center and the bed) - the king size bed is hard, the mattress is thin so I was a little uncomfortable. Also, had an issue with the room service menu - the menu online did not match what was available at the time so I had to order something I didn't really want but it worked out ok. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay - I look forward to returning and staying there again, if I'm in Nashville, the Bobby will be my preferred place to stay!

The room was clean and beautiful, we had a great stay. Our room was cleaned every day and we had plenty of towels. I really liked the full size shampoos and body wash. I was disappointed that there was not a microwave in the room and that we were unable to get room service.

I think this might be the best hotel we have EVER stayed at. The room was massive and beautiful. The decor of the room and the property were simply stunning and the staff could not be more helpful. LOVED it

Hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. Location is close to Printer's Alley and just a few blocks from Broadway, which ia very convenient. Food and drinks at the hotel were great. Rooftop bar is a great hang out. Room was very clean and they clean it everyday. Highly recommend staying here for your Nashville vacation!

We loved our stay here. The Bobby was elequently decorated - the roof top bar was fun and had spectacular views. Our room was very nice with plenty of room/ 2 queen beds. I highly recommend

Check-in was a breeze very accommodating professional and polite. The valet guys were amazing too. The room was nice as a whole but paint was peeling cobwebs were everywhere and the baby screaming next door at night and 6:00 in the morning was worse than any animal that was barking. A little pricey on the mini bar and snacks in the room. But I expected that coming to Nashville as always. Overall I would stay again but would definitely ask for a room without children next door.

Check in was fine. You’d think they have easily accessible ice for the elaborate base they have in the room. Requested it from the front desk and it never came, I had to go get it myself and they asked if they could send it up but I told i had already tried that and it has been over an hour. And they just stared at me. Seems a bit ridiculous not to have in room coffee service in such a highly priced room. Most expensive room on our 7 day road trip and worst experience.

The Bobby Hotel is everything!!! I wonder why you would want to stay anyplace else. We loved the unique, quirky qualities of this hotel. The rooftop lounge is unique, and the staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. The location is walkable to EVERYTHING in downtown Nashville!

Everything is geared around room service. No coffee available in room and have to go to the lobby to pay for coffee. Saw many people chose to go to Starbucks a couple doors down the street. Room was stock very well with alcohol options ranging from $30 to $60 per small bottles. Was left without my vehicle this morning because the valet did not show up for work. Had to wait roughly 40 minutes until the hotel could contact valet manager. BTW parking is $60 a night and was not impressed with the services offered from this hotel compared with many luxury hotels stayed.

Brought my niece for her 50 birthday. Hotel and room were beautiful. Food was great especially at the rooftop bar but had a little problem with a special request at the cafe. Garage bar was just an added bonus.

Great location, easy to get around. Super easy to get something to eat. The hotel had good coffee and breakfast items that we tried one morning. We even had dinner in their restaurant one night. Delicious gourmet hamburgers. Front desk staff was kind when a problem happened. They helped me to resolve it. I am not sure why it was so very expensive? The roof top was closed down for renovations? We were told this after we could not change the reservation. The price felt high for the experience?

For the amount of this hotel my expectations are bell hop service and better customer service all around. Overall good experience but more is better when providing a total high end experience.
