Great stay - unfortunately, the hotel does not offer breakfast (other than bagels)

Disappointment with bathroom. Two sides of the shower wall was open to the bedroom. Hard to sleep when bathroom lights were on.

Lovely hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. I was disappointed upon arrival when I learned the bar/restaurant was closed. But the front desk staff was wonderful and we received free breakfast in lieu of free drink. Rooms spacious and very stylish and comfortable. Would return there if ever visiting Nashville again.

Just a beautiful hotel, very clean, great staff and close to Broadway. Highly recommend. We’re already planning our next trip to Nashville.

A few blocks off of broadway. Very thankful to be away from the crowds. Great place. Great staff. Wall to ceiling windows in the room. Also close to printers alley. Walked over to catch some music at bourbon street blues and boogie bar. Would stay here again.

Great stay! Very clean and comfortable. Will stay here again!

We couldn't stop saying how wonderful our experience was at the Fairlane Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the room was very clean and spacious. We loved the view of Nashville and enjoyed not being so close to Broadway so we got away from the crowds when needed. Was able to walk everywhere we needed to go and loved the food and coffee from the diner downstairs. Seriously the staff was always available to help us out every time we walked through the front door.

Saw a cockroach in the lobby upon arrival. The front desk people were a complete mess and took several hours to get towels at one point. Felt like i overpaid for this hotel it wasnt nearly worth the price. Seems like there are much higher quality options literally right on the same block

Great stay at the Fairlane. We got our room early and had a great view. The location was perfect.. just a few blocks from Broadway.
Only complaint was crazy loud neighbors at from 3am-4am.

Everything about our stay at the Fairlane was awesome. The building was well kept, location to Broadway and downtown was perfect. Will stay here again

Beautiful hotel. Mid century business modern 70’s ish type absolutely love it! Super friendly staff, great bagel shop and cute boutique store in lobby. Ellington’s restaurant staff is incredibly sweet, food was okay definitely seems like they are trying hard to find their groove. Outside patio pretty awesome plus you can smoke cigars outside. Room was absolutely beautiful and functional. Location of hotel was perfect, I’m in my mid 40’s so a nice balance of walkable to Broadway and craziness but far enough to enjoy the quiet and slower pace.

Everything was great. Parking was a bit expensive.

Great location in downtown Nashville, especially if you are attending a Broadway show at TPAC. The restaurant we ate at for dinner (Jeff Ruby’s) was across the street and TPAC was two blocks away. Room was very nice and updated, only three complaints keep it from being a 5 star review. The first is there is only one nightstand for a king size bed. The person on the right side has no reading light and no place for water or reading material. The second issue was with the shower water temperature control. Normally when you first turn a shower on the further you turn the hotter the water. Not so with our shower. It seemed almost totally random where the hot water was located. The last was valet parking. You receive a link to request your car. After waiting 21 minutes, I enquired and found sometimes it “doesn’t work”. That would have nice to know. Overall though, a very enjoyable stay.

One of the most well decorated hotel I’ve stayed at . Service was outstanding , unbelievably clean . It is in the middle of everything

Loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was the open shower concept. The shower is fully enclosed, but see-through. Anyone in the room can see you shower. Wasn't an issue for us but be aware if you are traveling with someone other than a SO.

We only stayed one night and it was worth it! Very close to broadway and lots of restaurants around!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, bagel shop downstairs was really good and reasonably priced. The upstairs terrace was really cool and wasn’t crowded. The location was perfect, walked to printers alley and broadway and 5th and broadway. I was also able to bring my dog (lab mix). He’s not a service dog so the fact I could bring him along was huge for me.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with nice amenities. Staff were pleasant upon check-in/check-out. Good location - walkable to many great places in Nashville.

The Fairlane is a beautifully appointed hotel in an old renovated bank building. It is in a good location in the heart of downtown. The 4th floor restaurant is nice but has an overpriced menu. The lobby was large and inviting with tons of natural light from the tall floor to ceiling windows. I would recommend and would stay here again.

they made my trip to Nashville awesome. the design of the hotel was just as inspiring as the city.

Very cool spot. Perfect hits that spot between cozy and cool...
Very comfortable, type of place where you want to just hang out all day

Was clean, staff friendly and informative, and there was dining options on site for when we didn't feel like taking the short walk to Broadway.

Excellent . The downtown is closed

The Fairlane is a hotel for partiers. The lobby has that dank sweet smell of alcohol and the hallways and elevators look cringy with years of traffic and hard use. If you don't mind this then the location of the hotel is great.
3.0
Good location as close to Broadway. Not a hotel you want to hang out in. Breakfast options very limited.

The only thing that i will add to the hotel is a bar that open earlier as the JW Marriot, at least in the festive season

This is a fantastic hotel and a great downtown Nashville location. Very convenient to get out and walk for food and entertainment plus far enough away to not have any of the noise.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and so helpful! Plus the location was great—a nice easy walk to the honky tonks on lower Broadway but far enough away to get away from crowds and noise.

I enjoyed the breakfast options, the gym, and the overall environment of our rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairlane. The room was spacious with pleasing decor. We were greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne. Everyone was welcoming during our stay. We will be back.

The rooms were really nice and having the bagel place right download was so convenient. Short walk to Broadway and our group of 7 love Ellingtons

The staff was great and people were very friendly. My only complaint is that the valet didn't offer to put my bags in my car after I gave him a $20 tip for getting my car. Small, but it stood out to me. Everything else was great including the bagel shop on the 1st floor.

Received our room, and when we opened the door it was apparent that it had not been cleaned from the previous guests. We’re talking about sheets on the floor and trash on the tables. The place felt unorganized, and it’s overpriced. Don’t eat the M&Ms lying in the room, they're expensive too. Will be having to call in the morning because my credit card statement is nearly $100 more than the receipt I received at check out. We questioned even using the cups provided in the room, because we were not sure what all would be an extra charge. If you stay here, be sure to ask thorough pricing questions or you will be left questioning.
The positive side to this place was the front staff. They were attentive and friendly. And would help in any way they could.
