The hotel was clean, staff was great, room clean. The beds were a bit hard for us. The breakfast area was jammed with chairs and tables making it difficult to navigate, needed another garbage can toward front desk area (again crammed).

Paper thin walls. We could hear every little noise but tgat is not on the hotel but more on the guests. Domestic incident in the room next to us and the kids running like a herd of elephants above us forced us to leave and we had to drive overnight 12 hours with no sleep. The on duty desk attendant was apologetic and offered us a room on the first floor but it was loud there as people were drinking and telling in the cafeteria. I dont feel as we should have changed a room when we were not the problem. We lost out on a couple of hundred bucks for the night we didnt stay. I felt like we were staying in the frat house in Animal House on toga night. I expected more from this hotel. Bed was comfortable, gym and pool were nice as well as the staff but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed for a patriots game. Very clean, staff was very welcoming. I’d suggest the place to anyone that enjoys a clean quiet stay with great local options for food.

It was very expensive and the power went out so the breakfast was over. The bed wasn’t comfortable.

Like the location of the hotel but the power went out with no back up generator and it was pitch black. People got stuck in the elevator and no communication at all. Breakfast was also not great.

The morning breakfast food offered was well presented with a good selection. The front desk staff we spoke with were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed three nights for Thanksgiving weekend, but our room was only cleaned once so that was a bit annoying. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

The thermostat was out of wack. It either blew hit or freezing cold….. no comfortable medium even when we totally turned it off…. It still blew. The boxed tissue was like sandpaper but otherwise it was all lovely

I stayed for 1 night because I attended the Karol G concert at Gillette. The staff went beyond to have me check in early so we can get ready before the concert plus the cleaning staff welcomed us so warmly!. 10/10 the room was clean and smelled so good!

The hotel location was very convenient--right off of 95. It was easy to get to the parking for Gillette stadium for the event we were attending. The room was clean and comfortable. My husband said it was the best hotel bed he had slept in. The shower was great. The breakfast the next morning was extensive and delicious. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. An excellent experience. I would definitely recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites in Foxboro, and I would stay there again if we were in need of a hotel.

The staff at check-in and check-out were extremely helpful and pleasant. They offered us water at check-in and a breakfast bag at check out because the beds were so comfortable we did not want to get up to go to breakfast. The Starbucks was next to the hotel! Perfect! Short drive to the Xfinity Center. The location of the hotel made it really easy to get my daughter to the concert early and after all of the crowds and traffic leaving the concert, the beds and pillows were the BEST! I needed that kind of comfort before driving 4 hours back home.

Stayed there for the Foreigner Concert 8/5! Xfinity was right down the road. Folks at front desk were awesome. In the immediate area was places to eat, get coffee... When leaving for concert I asked if we had a curfew? Staff laughed and said 3am! Room very clean.
