the room and bathroom were perfectly clean, and the walk-in shower was an excellent feature for my father.
Staff was great.
I stayed at this property with my elderly father and was highly disappointed by the severe lack of safety and basic amenities.
Our room door was broken, and even after the front desk attempted to fix it, it could easily be pushed open directly from the hallway. We felt incredibly vulnerable and nervous to leave our belongings or sleep peacefully.
To make matters worse, there was absolutely no hot water during our stay. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere felt unsafe, with suspicious individuals constantly loitering in the waiting area and around the elevators.
I did not feel secure here and cannot recommend this hotel.

Location for Foxboro concert and quiet.
Old and dated, smelled, no one ever at desk for towels. Just felt dirty staying there.
