This was my second stay at Four Points Sheraton Gangnam. As usual, their service and facilities were phenomenal. The location is fantastic as well and in walking distance to great restaurants and activities. I'll certainly be back.

My stay put me in a constant state of frustration. The staff were polite but could not help me resolve any of the many issues inexperienced during my 8 night stay. Truly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered

The location was good, but the room was too small and there was no ventilation, so it was really hard.In addition, The staff wasn't friendly.

Fantastic stay. I was out near the top on 22nd floor with an excellent view of the city. Some of the drawers were slightly broken, but wasn’t bothersome. Service was phenomenal. Location excellent and near plenty of things in Apkujong.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it has a good breakfast (comparatively to what I've seen in other hotels in Seoul). Otherwise, the rooms are pretty small and dated, the neighborhood is just one big intersection with very limited dining and shopping options within reasonable walking distance. Furthermore, the toilet door has an opening above to the room so there is really very little privacy. Would not recommend.

Room was very small and noisy due to traffic (ear plugs were provided that helped). Minimal standard service on offer: no room service, bar closed, kitchen closes early due to “COVID”, which didn’t seem to make much sense when the kitchen was fully open for breakfast and lunch.

Hotel is okay as a 3 star hotel so don't expect the hotel to be above and beyond what it presents itself to be. The service however is impeccable and was definitely above and beyond. There was a specific male and female that gave amazing service and I wish I could remember their names. I think the guy was Kevin but I can't remember the girl's name for my life. Based on service alone, I recommend this hotel for anyone that is looking for a decent 3.5 star hotel. The hotel rooms are a 3/5 but the service is 5/5!

It was a very good choice for my husband and I who live in secluded California.. Although I lived in Gangnam for 20 years, other places were very crowded with traffic and floating, so it was a very good location for us who decided to stay for more than 10 days. BUT, I've stayed in many hotels, I think it's the slowest elevator in the world.There was nothing to complain about other than that.

The hotel staffs were super friendly and the room was small but clean and nice. But I kept waking up middle of the night around 2-3 am due to racing on Dosandaero main street. Even our floor was on 21st, the sound was pretty loud. Just be aware. Other then that we enjoyed staying at the Hotel.

COVID19 negative proof within 24 hours of entry was required at check-in on the day of entering the country. It was good that the result came out at 4:00 p.m. after the 11:00 a.m. check, but when entering the country in the afternoon, the same-day check-in was determined to be impossible.it was problem.

I would give a 100 if i could! The room was clean and the staff was very accommodating. I had wanted to try some Korean fried chicken but having no local phone number I was unable to place an online order. Long story short, the front desk staff called a nearby store and helped me make a pick up order. The cleaning team was considerate and supplies new towels and bottled water everyday. The hotel had excellent access to public transit and other amenities. Highly recommended.
