Great 1 night stay while passing through. Checkin was easy and the room was comfortable for 4 of us. Breakfast was included and was great.

Beautiful room. My kids loved the lofted sleeping area. The included breakfast was very good and had a nice variety as well as the available options to drink. The staff was also friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I would highly recommend the milk factory. They offered free breakfast for both my guest and I each morning and we had an endless supply of coffee/tea. The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming.

Staff was great and the provided breakfast was delicious. The rooms are specious and very clean. The window in the room was big and had beautiful views.

Our stay was pleasant enough at the Milk Factory. However, our room was basically furnished and did seem slightly unclean or worn. It seemed as though we were provided the wheelchair accessible room. It was accessible from the outside of the building and had a small ramp, while the furniture inside was well-spaced out. I suspect our room may have differed significantly in layout and amenities from other rooms that were located / accessible from inside the hotel. There was dust and other debris found around our bed. Although the linens and mattress seemed clean and unstained. We only stayed one night and had very minimal interaction with hotel staff during breakfast service. The breakfast provided had reasonable variety of cold items for a continental offering. We enjoyed the fresh breads, skyr, fruit, and vegetables. However, if you expect continental breakfasts to include hot items like eggs, sausage/bacon, etc... then it wouldn't be for you. Our stay was satisfactory and we would consider returning for the convenience of being located on the edge of town while travelling the ring road.

It was very clean & room was good size. Clean and comfortable room. Easy acess to the highway. Only stayed 1 night, didn't have opportunity to explore the area. Will recommend this place, if you need to stay in the area.

Family rooms were nice. However our family room were right outside the breakfast area so it can be noisy in the morning. The breakfast was pathetic in my view. Very thin slice of oranges. Food were top up very slowly. food were empty at times. There was no hot water and we had to ask for it and boil it ourselves for tea, for the prices we paid during july peak season. It is not value for money.

Loved this hotel as a reuse of a former milk processing facility. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was convenient to the Ring Road and perfect for our itinerary. Breakfast was included and was excellent - lots of options.

I like that it was very clean, open coffee all day, decoration nice, modern room design, friendly staff. Recommend putting out more quantity of fruit during breakfast. Yogurt parfait could use greater ratio of yogurt to jam/granola (too sweet). Outlets in rooms are not in convenient places. Rooms can also have more desk space. Shower stall glass too short, would be great to extend so water doesn’t come out. Overall would come to this hotel again.

Very nice stay, rooms were clean, bathroom/showers modern and nice. We had one issue with he room, but was quickly fixed. Beautiful view of glaciers and mountains. Would definitely recommend. Breakfast was simple but ok to get the day started.

We booked a family room and the room was huge. It had a loft with a bed for my son and our bed was on the first floor and everything was very comfortable. The windows were huge with lots of natural light, great shades to block out midnight sun. It was great to have the room to spread out. Breakfast was included in our rate and was outstanding (standard European style spread with free espresso style coffee drinks from an automatic machine).

We loved the hotel! Very modern, spacious and well equipped. One of the most comfortable rooms we had in Iceland. So quiet you will sleep like a baby. Great breakfast included.

The hotel was updated and nice. We had 2 rooms for our group and one of the rooms had a gross locker room smell which worsened when the shower was used. It improved with opening the windows but there was always just a faint smell. The breakfast was included and had a nice selection.

This was a nice place. It is small and intimate with only 17 rooms I believe. It is simple and modern. The breakfast is really good and there is a fridge in the room which is very convenient. It is just on the edge of the town so is more in the countryside. It has a lovely view of the mountains and fields of horses. It is a great place for the price.

Everything was good. The reception is very helpful and she recommended us a few good restaurants. Room is huge and clean. The breakfast spread was excellent. The location of the hotel is very close to amenities. I strongly recommend for this hotel.

The hotel is located conveniently if you’re driving the ring road. The rooms are quiet and well dimmed (one of the few hotels where I could sleep without a sleeping mask on). You can get coffee or tea at any time from the breakfast room, which is nice. Overall a good place to stay.
