Lovely boutique hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. Lots of little touches to make it feel luxurious. We always pick small boutique hotels for short breaks, what made this hotel one of the best was the staff. So friendly and efficient- they really couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. We will return!

No evening restaurant service but two excellent local restaurants within a 3 minute walk.

Hotel Basilica is a beautiful Hotel. The staff were extremely professional and gracious. Amazing breakfast! Just an amazing staff, especially the morning breakfast staff and afternoon/evening staff. I would definitely return!

We stayed for a week in October 2023 and were really pleased with the hotel. The staff are especially worth a mention as all of them are friendly and helpful. Well-placed for walking into the city centre.

Incredibly clean, super comfy, beautiful rooms and public areas. Staff spoke great English and were very friendly. Lovely location in old town. Nothing to fault and highly recommend. Small rooftop terrace and plunge pool an extra luxury.

The hotel was absolutely amazing, 10/10 for interior design! The staff were so friendly too, the hotel is in a great position right in the old town but not on an Uber busy street. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was exceptional. We received a warm welcome on arrival with a glass of champagne whilst we completed the paperwork. A full description of the facilities and services available was given before we made our way to our fantastic room.
The location was perfect, a short walk from all tourist attractions and shops / bars.
We had an excellent breakfast each morning of our stay with plenty to choose from, either hot or cold. The service was brilliant, nothing was too much effort.
On our departure day, we arrived back at the hotel soaked following torrential rainfall. They immediately provided towels and coffee which was a lovely touch.
I would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel in the centre of Palma.

I really love this hotel.
The inside is gorgeous and sunset on the roof pool was beautiful!
Our room was very large and spacious unlike most hotels, and the bed very comfortable. It was also very clean. The hotel itself felt very walkable to and from each place we visited.
All the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, truly making it a wonderful experience!
I’d especially like to give an extra Thank You to the hotel manager who was absolutely wonderful!

The hotel was located at the heart of Plama, only few minutes away from the old town, the Cathedral and only 15 minutes walk to the beach.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and nice, but maybe a little small.
We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would come back.

Fantastic stay - with wonderful, kind & conscientious staff who made our mini-moon super special!
Over the course of the last few days we enjoyed both a terrace room & a suite - stunning decor, great aircon & lots of space. The welcome on arrive was wonderful - another reason we decided to extend our trip. Location is perfect - near enough to the main squares it’s a few mins walk, but far enough away that you get lots of peace & quiet. Stunning views over the city to the cathedral, basilica & sea front! Recommend!!

I’ve just returned from my visit to the hotel and has a wonderful stay. The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff really welcoming and get to know their guests on an individual basis - I really enjoyed my stay there and am already planning a return trip.

Had a wonderful stay - the staff were so considerate and helpful, the room was clean and quiet, our room had a lovely layout and facilities. The pool was great to chill out in on a hot day. Breakfast choices were varied and delicious. I would love to stay here again if we return to Palma.

An amazing hotel, probably the best we've ever stayed at. From the extremely friendly staff who went out of their way to help with every request we had, to the great location and facilities. The breakfast was delicious too (unfortuntely we only had it towards the end of our trip). It was our first time in Mallorca and we will definitely return next year and stay here again.

Hotel Basilica is a gem of a place. Great location, quiet and safe street close to all the bustle of Palma. But it is the staff that makes this hotel truly special. Miguel and Alex greeted us on arrival , gave us a welcome drink and sat with us to answer any questions and give us information on Palma. They were always on hand to book activities and give us advice.Thank you Alex for your patience with my 23 year old daughter whilst she kept changing her mind on what to do in Palma!!
Hotel is gorgeous, rooms are beautifully decorated and super clean. Housekeeping are brilliant. Beds and air con (very quiet) are excellent.
Drinks on the roof top is a must. The views are stunning and even though it is small up there we could always get a sun bed. Thank you to all your team and we will definitely be back to stay. We loved it!!!!!

The Hotel Basilica is located in a central and calm location. The room as well as the lobby and roof terrace were very well maintained and beautiful. Best part of the hotel is the team which made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived - thank you to Sol and the rest of the team!

This is a first class hotel, the staff was beyond any others, couldn't not fault them , the breakfast had every you needed, Room was beautiful and cleaned every day,

We had the most amazing stay at Basilica and will definitely come back when we get the chance. We have never experienced such good and warm hotel staff service from first second of arrival to departure. Everyone was so friendly and helpful at all times, and the hotel standard was also excellent. Modern, clean and beautiful. We traveled with a 2 months old baby and the hotel staff took such good care of him and us! It was indeed one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. Thank you everyone at Basilica and take care! Great service, room, breakfast, location (short taxi from airport and easy walk around town) and Molton Brown toiletries. Abel made us feel so welcome when we arrived around midnight after a long day of travel. Recommended!

We stayed in Hotel Basilica for a week in the lead up to our wedding in Palma. We had stayed in the hotel previously and were delighted to return. The staff could not have been more helpful for the entire week (arranging dry cleaning, transport, recommendations etc). We also had friends and family staying at the hotel. The hotel is a great base for exploring Palma. It is within walking distance of so many fantastic restaurants, bars, tourist sites and even the beach. The hotel itself is beautiful and is a welcome oasis of calm after a busy day/night in Palma. A special mention for the rooftop pool- the views over the city, sea and mountains is spectacular! We will most certainly be staying at Hotel Basilica on our next visit to Palma
