I stayed here for a work trip and I think it was pretty great. The common areas were clean, the host responded in some occasions. They communicated well with check in and check out. I do have some concerns,
I brought up some safety concerns I had concerning one of the other guests and my safety. This guest was up at random hours of the night and I reached out to the host with no response from them. I had to reach out to the housekeeping who reassured me that all cameras do work in case something is wrong. She checked in on me everyday after that, I wish the host prioritized me.
I hope to see my security deposit within the week as promised. I also had some concerns because of the past reviews but I am going to give it a week and hope to see that security deposit returned to me.
Other than that, they have a lot of cooking utensils, the kitchen is set up nicely. Extensive amount of parking. The community is great not too loud. Everything was cleaned daily by housekeeping.
