Mat of the staffs were very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would love to choose this hotel again when I visit Seoul next time.

I absolutely love this hotel! Everything was so convenient. Easy to get to the train. The onset was amazing and love the free ice cream. The room was a decent size for a solo traveler and very clean. I will definitely recommend staying here and will be back.

I have stayed at Dormyinn Hotels in Japan before, so was interested in how this one would be.
The location of the hotel is convenient for access to both of the main palaces. I was able to walk to each of these from the hotel. I had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance to the hotel when I arrived late at night, as it is a little bit hidden.
The staff at the hotel were friendly. The room was okay, but could do with a little TLC, and more attention to cleanliness. The hotel provides one tea, and one cup. It would be nice if they provided an extra tea and cup so that it would be possible to have one in the evening and morning without the need to ask, and also if they provided stirrers for the tea (or if you want other drinks).

It's a kind of compact style hotel, but its services are perfect.
All staffs are very kind and well trained, so I gave 5 stars with my satisfaction and appreciation.
