Staff friendly, kitchen was nice. Felt safe inside although just down the block wasn’t. Had to ask daily for the room to be cleaned or to at least get clean towels and a trash bag.

Clean and great location next to Times Square.

I had a wonderful stay. Its close to Times Square and walking distance to many restaurants, movie theater, target for groceries etc, the subway is on the corner which makes it convenient for travel and my room was cleaned everyday! Only pet peeve is that there is only one elevator which services the hotel. Other than that. I recommend!

Great location , breakfast very poor for a Marriott , no where to sit for breakfast as so busy and only a small libby so had to take back to room. Room smaller than expected but had all amenities required. The toiletries provided were not what was on the bottle so slightly disappointed. Stayed in room on 3rd floor and there was an unusual banging noise that was intermittent. Location was the only main positive for the stay.

The room itself was TINY but very nicely appointed. Every bit of space was maximized. Bathroom was sparkling Breakfast was decent and given breakfast at surrounding restaurants would have been at least $20 per person, having it included was great. Front staff were courteous and helpful as were the guys overseeing the breakfast area in the mornings ONLY complaint...housekeeping takes over the already slow elevators around 9-9:15 am so best to get back to room before or after that. Only one elevator and it can be a long wait. Overall..we and our friends were more than pleased with the hotel and its location...less than 2 blocks (5mins) to Times Square.

Small room with little space between bed and closet!

I didn’t expect a huge spacious room due to its location in time square. However, it was nice, clean and cozy for me. Great customer service experience.

The only thing I can say that is somewhat annoying are the people who forcefully slam the door to their room at any time. (This happens with rooms that are near the emergency doors.)

It offered a great breakfast! For this type of breakfast in NYC, you'd have to pay $20 easily, probably more! We were in the back of the hotel and never heard a sound! This is not the norm in the heart of the city.

Great location and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Always felt safe and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the refrigerator in our room froze everything even on the lowest setting.

Super clean. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a small couch. Appreciated the hot water for tea in the dining room. Breakfast was very healthy with plenty of choices without overdoing it. Convenient location. Used both stairs and the elevator. Easy to navigate as it’s a small hotel. Nice restaurants nearby and theater district right there! Small rooms, but having a kitchen was nice and would be awesome for a longer stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Property was nice and clean and Times Square and theater district was a 5 minute walk! Super convenient with several dining options nearby! Only con of the hotel was the elevator. Only one and super slow. Staff was nice but took a while when we needed toiletries or towels. Will definitely stay again when we come back in the summer.

Great locations and great staffs.

We had a fabulous stay Dec 18-21, 2023. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.The location is excellent close to numerous attractions Central Park, Rockefeller Centre, Saks, St Patrick Cathedral Subways, Broadway all walking distance. It included an amazing free breakfast and our room even had kitchenette fridge, stove,oven, microwave and sink not that we ever cooked but it was there. The room was a little tight, but for how much time you spend in the room it was fine.

The staff was friendly, the property was clean, the breakfast was enjoyable, the walk to many of our destinations was reasonable, the parking was very close. Now the negative... It was $80 to park for a single day. We paid for a Queen room with a full size sofa bed, but the bed was actually only a double, and the pullout was only a twin. When I contacted Expedia, they reached out to the hotel and were told that the beds in NY run smaller than the rest of the country and we actually did have their version of a Queen and Full. Expedia accepted that explanation and passed it onto me. I searched for some supportive evidence online and found nothing, that was a bogus story. It wasn't comfortable to share that room, so we left at 9am after the first of two scheduled nights, but the hotel refused to provide a refund of our second night even though we were out in plenty of time for them to turn that room over, and I'm sure it re-booked, so they earned double the rental for it. I agreed to their no refund policy, so couldn't argue, but it was definitely an unethical decision for them to choose not to provide a refund of the 2nd day when they didn't even provide the appropriate accomodations to begin with. We won't ever stay there again because integrity is an important quality and that hotel lacks it. And also shame on Expedia for not going to bat for us, but instead accepting a lame excuse about why the beds weren't accurate.

Too tiny! Three people in a 243 sq ft room is insane! I should have read the details but the staff was amazing! Everyone always greeted us friendly and tried to get us a bigger room but sold out. Cannot say enough about the staff being friendly, helpful and kind!

Good location, friendly personnel.

This will be my go to hotel when in Manhattan. I arrived after a red eye flight and they allowed me to check in early because they had a room available. I was so tired because I didn’t sleep much on the plane do the early check in was so much appreciated. Also, the location is just at surface level of a subway station of the E train which takes you directly to JFK airport. It’s in the middle of the theater district, Times Square, close to Bryant Park and 5th Avenue shopping, not far from Rockefeller Center. Conveniently located. I will stay here every time when I’m a Manhattan.

Location was great but that’s about it. Booked a King bed with Double sofa bed. Was given a Queen bed with single chair that opened to a bed that only a small child would fit on, not at all for an adult. When I spoke to the front desk about it and said we want to be moved to the correct room they said all the rooms are the same and that was in fact a king and double sleep sofa. Are you kidding me? I know what a king bed and double sofa is and this definitely did not match the pictures when I booked it. And then the front desk woman tried to blame Hotels.com saying they posted the pictures on their site. Unbelievable. We paid extra for this room type. Buyer beware, false advertising.

We arrived early, and Michael got us in a room as soon as we got there. Everyone was so friendly and greeted us every time we came back to the hotel. Rooms were clean.

Excellent hotel. Only complaint was right next to lift on 7th floor. Everytime lift was used was a horrendous banging noise when lift stopped. This went on day and night. Next time would as for a room well away from lift.

When i go back to new york, will definitely book here again. Very convenient and near to everything. Very nice staffs and accommodating.
