Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very welcoming & helpful. Checkin is clear and also has Igdlo sign on building for easy find. Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland.

OK, what you are getting here is a full suite attached to a hostel. No, the place is not loud in the least, you DO have a private bathroom, and we never saw the reception area without attending staff. It is a convenient walk to to the BSI bus station, sort of. But here is my biggest negative : There is a large hospital complex between BSI and your lodging. It is expanding, and a lot of construction is going on and it throws Google Maps off some. You'll figure it out, but give yourself a few extra minutes if you are on foot. Whatever Google estimates your walking time to be, double that both coming and going. And the bed needs either better pillows or more of them. The ones we got compressed down to nothing after a few tosses and turns.
