Easy to check-in since you just got an information of which room you were staying in and the code to get inn. The room was good for one person, but was too tight for two people and two big suitcases. The room was not that clean when we came, so we informed of places that needed cleaning. The cleaners came, but the things we informed was dirty, was still not cleaned (for example under the bed still had dust bunnies). The shower was also too small. With an overhead shower it was not much space and the shower curtain was only making more water everywhere in the bathroom. The elevator was also a bit scary to take since it was going so slow and took forever to open.

The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and find another place to stay.
