Staff was amazing. Location of the hotel is great and a short drive to a lot of major attractions.

I would stay here again! The hotel is very clean and a great location. Walking distance to Starbucks and a BJ’s Restaurant.

The room was clean and updated. Beds were super comfortable. Everything worked like it should. Breakfast was nothing special. Just a regular hotel breakfast. But we were happy to have it. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is located in a commercial neighborhood. Walkable to many restaurants and the movie theater.

The whole hotel was extremely clean. The receptionist made sure to check that everything was in order in our room.

Hotel called before my stay to ask how many people were staying. Told them that it was one adult and 2 children. They asked if they could change us from a 2 queen suite to a king suite with a sofa bed. I reluctantly agreed and asked for an early check in. They said yes and they would call me. Never recieved a call. Opon getting to our hotel at 1am. We got to our king suite and didn’t have any linens for our pull out bed. We were completely exhausted and had to wait for linens and didn’t receive any pillows. The king bed had some “extra” so we just used them because we were too tired to wait for them. I never expect much from a continental breakfast but this was terrible. The room was at least clean and the staff were nice. I just wish that they would have provided linens prior to our arrival since the two queen beds I booked surely would have had them and we needed 2 beds. It’s not like I asked for the change to a king suite. The room rate was about 75% more than normal because of spring break. I would stay here again, but I’ll keep the room I booked next time.

Great staff, helpful and friendly

Great place to stay. We were in Denton for highschool softball. They were accommodating to the team, coaches, and parents. The front desk workers are amazing. They are all courteous and friendly.

It was so nice. The only problem is the traffic noise from the interstate

We went to Denton to visit UNT. Stayed at this hotel for one night. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was quite good- many choices. The hotel is located right on I-35, so if you are noise-sensitive, ask for a room in the back of the hotel. They also included a white noise machine in the room. Nice touch! I used the gym in the morning. They have weights, several treadmills, a bike and a few elipticals. The equipment was clean and in working order. Would stay there again if traveling to Denton.

Very clean, staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was normal for Hotel breakfast. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

It’s right next to a buc-ees so pretty nice and everything is within 5-10 minute drive from the hotel. Staff was very very nice. A new employee had started I wish I got her name but just very welcoming ,very sweet girls working there. Had an incident with our room door kinda looked like someone was trying to break into our room and when I reported the damage they listened and didn’t assume we were the cause of it. It makes your stay better when the staff is so amazing.

Check in was amazing. The front desk lady was so sweet and wonderful. Our first night was a little noisy due to being close to the interstate- that was my issue booking a hotel by the interstate. The front desk changed our room to the backside of the hotel which was 100x better!!! I had 2 queen beds in my room my first night my mattress was wet which got my pjs wet (no I did not wet the bed). I informed housekeeping of this issue as well as the issue with a live centipede in the bathroom, the only other issue is if you are a light sleeper, the bathroom exhaust fan runs continuously. I called the front desk and asked a young man about this and was told “oh well”. I once again informed housekeeping and the young lady said “ok” I’m not sure she understood me.

Clean, comfortable accommodations. Complementary breakfast was pretty good--I liked the bagels and strawberry cream cheese. It was next to a BJ's, a Chuy's, a hamburger place, and a movie theater, which was nice. Would stay again.

Room was clean and very neat. Comfy bed and feather pillows. Wish the room wasn’t on the I35 side of the building. Traffic was fairly noticeable but not terrible. A fan would have been nice to drown out the noise. Staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Breakfast was nice too. Will definitely recommend to anyone

Very Professional

The entire property was exceptionally clean and inviting. The staff were amazingly accommodating, professional, and polite. The breakfast was really good; bed and pillows very comfy, the room TV and coffee maker worked great. It would be nice to have some sort of written guide to the cable channels. My only complaint was that the coffee (at the breakfast station) was pretty much undrinkable, and only had powder or fake cream available. So... other than the horrible coffee, the place was great! And I would stay there again.

Room next to me had children laud running and jumping slamming the door did not sleep well Prices. I needed to stay longer but the price went up too much

The breakfast was fantastic. Michael had great kosher options which is important to our family. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed in a clean facility.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. Checking in was a bit difficult the front desk person pulled some kind of Holiday Inn policy and did not want to except the credit card i had for the 30$ incidental charge. I have probably booked 40 or 50 rooms this year and last year mostly at Holiday Inns and not one other location has had a problem with it.
