Hotel e is a great boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent with plenty of access to restaurants and bars, especially Russian River Brewing Company. It provides easy access to a host of wineries in Sonoma County. It's a great jumping-off point for the rest of your trip.

Great customer service upon arrival. The room was clean, with nice extras. The Keurig coffee machine was a nice addition as well as the small refrigerator in the room. Super immaculate staff was always cleaning around the front lobby decent continental breakfast and complementary coffee and tea all day. I highly recommend this hotel and staying in Santa Rosa California. It’s centrally located surrounded by all the restaurants and a huge mall is nearby. Also, pet friendly. A+++ For the price you can’t go wrong.

I’ve stayed at four different hotels in Santa Rosa and this was my favorite! Clean, cozy room with a very comfortable bed. The plush robe was a nice touch. I even enjoyed the passion green tea that came with the Keurig choices. I walked around the inside mall for exercise and window shopping and found many restaurants close by with a variety of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. A great stay!

Loved our stay in Hotel E. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Had obviously been remodeled recently as it was modern and appealing. We also liked the location as it was close to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there and recommend it again.

Nice little boutique hotel in the middle of Santa Rosa. Very modern and updated rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Close to lots of restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful, clean property. The hotel is modern and has a comfortable feel to it. The staff is exceptional. From front desk to valet this is a perfect hotel. We will return.

Very lovely but hardly no parking spots, had to walk a long walking distance to park my car. The room was small, large decent bathroom. but the outside noise was very disturbing. One last thing no waters were offered at this hotel.

The hotel is nice. The room is small, but worked fine for me. The front desk staff was fantastic. I had a problem in my original room, and they moved me. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Valet was also very good.

The hotel condition is very new. The staff and service are excellent but the only thing is the hotel is in the central, they do not have a parking spot. We have to use valet parking which is a little time to ask the staff to have the car ready. The surroundings are great, walkable, nice artworks, a lot restaurants around. Room was clean and comfy!

A beautiful and clean hotel! It's a historic building, so the rooms are small. Parking is not convenient. The room could use some extra hooks, shelves, to give more places to put things in the small space! Location is central and walkable to many amenities! Overall a lovely stay, especially for solo travelers. Not recommended for families.

Its was my first stay at the hotel and l love it. It was our anniversary and we was given a complimentary glass of wine. The rooms are very clean. I will return and stay again at the hotel.

We did a long weekender. Hotel E turned out perfect. Right in the middle of 4th St square. Lot of restaurants and shops. There was even an outdoor skating rink this time of year. We would stay there again.

It's really cute and cheerful, friendly staff go with comfortable beds, nice space etc my only complaint was that while I loved the ease of plugging in via headlamp base for laptop etc. To plug in at the desk required clibing beneath and unplugging lamp/fridge. Caution to the allergic it is a dog friendly hotel so

This is a beautiful, well-situated hotel in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel consists of many restaurants and shops, including a major shopping mall right across the street. We love staying there, and highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel. It is in the town square and surrounded by nightlife activities. Some loud music could be faintly heard on Saturday night. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We used valet parking but parking seemed tight everywhere we went.

Great to walk around Santa Rosa for restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is recently renovated. Our room was “upgraded” and still very very small. With the queen bed and two midsize suitcases most of the floor space was occupied.
