The company headquarters is nearby, so this hotel and the AC hotel are convenient. From a room perspective, I find no difference; the AC has a bar, while the Fairfield offers a great morning breakfast included with the room. They change the protein each day, making the stay a great value,

Location was great. Close to the airport. Only negative was the airport shuttle didn’t start until 7am.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was great. However, I missed some of the usuals like a hair dryer, a more practical shower, and hand lotion. Minor things. Overall a good experience but perhaps pricey for what it is.

We ended up staying in Miami 1 night longer than expected but our hotel was fully booked so we booked this hotel for the 1 night since it was close to the airport.
After being in the room for about 10 minutes I decided to use the bathroom. As soon as I walked in I noticed feces in the toilet. I called the front desk and advised them and they transferred me to a different room.
I checked out the next day and went straight to the airport. On my way to the airport I realized I had forgot my glasses on the counter. I KNOW I left them there because they were right beside my bag and in my rush I only picked up the bag. I wasnt able to call the hotel until I had gotten to my destination, which was that night. They said I would need to call in the morning because the housekeepers weren't there. The next day we called and was told they was nothing left in room.

Everything was perfect, all I could recommend is having the option of different pillows because I prefer a more firm pillow and all that was provided was a feather pillow. But other than that, our stay was very comfortable and we will book future stays at this hotel!

The experience was mostly positive, but there was a hot water issue during the initial 2-3 days, possibly due to ongoing repair work. Fortunately, it was resolved on the last day.

Was able to get a room last minute, very helpful. It’s walking distance to a lot of restaurants and this nice scenery, shopping center. The breakfast was great the rooms was clean the staff was attentive. I will always stay here when i visit Miami… Just all around convenient spot.

Everything was nice there. The only thing was we had to wait a long time to get in our rooms. One room was over powered by air fresheners, and my daughter had to stay in our room.

The hotel in general has a good potential to be a 5 stars review place. But the housekeeping staff needs to be replaced. Our room has not been cleaned at all. Literally!!! I was actually surprised that the sheets were changed. Mold and mildew on the shower walls and glass and the hair on the bottom. So GROSS !!! I had to take a shower with my slides on. Dirt and trash on the carpet. I was afraid to touch anything so I had to wipe everything with a wash cloth. We were staying for two nights so I had to do it to feel a bit more comfortable especially with kids. What a shame. Someone should inspect the rooms before letting new quests in. We also had not enough bath towels for the booked people of our party.
The front desk service was good though and pretty comfy beds.

They have a nice supermarket to buy food and water and some restaurants at walking distance.
The shuttle to the airport was very easy.

It was cleaner and quieter than expected. Rooms don't have much lighting, but opening the window helps. Breakfast - i never expect much, but I'll give points for having alternative (oat) milk and at least one gluten-free cereal option. Otherwise, breakfasts tend to be very heavy on sugar, milk, and wheat/gluten, which are things I have to avoid. It would be nice to see a few more options.
