I stayed one night here on my road trip around the Ring of Kerry, but easily could've spent more time at this hotel. The room was fairly large with a comfortable bed, which I unfortunately spent extra time in after getting a mild bout of food poisoning overnight. The staff was kind about letting me check out a little late, but I did not get to try out their spa as I'd intended. It's an easy walk to the center of Kenmare, where you can find restaurants, pubs, shopping, and activities. Free parking on site. Would stay here again.

The Hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The swimming pool was very nice and water was lovely and warm. The food was outstanding both evening meal and breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and recommend the Hotel.

Friendly staff on arrival immediately put us at ease. The room was spacious and clean, with a large en suite and with all facilities in good working order. We only had breakfast there one morning but it was lovely (full fry) and they managed the covid restrictions well with staff manning the buffet areas - they weren't judgemental if you returned for seconds either! There is a lot of parking available but it's a bit confusing to navigate around outside the hotel with various areas leading to different lodges and car parks. The first car park actually leads directly to the swimming pool and spa area which we didn't realise was a quicker way to our room until the final day.

Room was dusty, was as if room hadn't been cleaned in a while with a layer of dust on bedside tables and desks also with dust particles in the air. Also the bathroom floor was dirty. There was no aircon or fan in the room and as it was very warm out while we were staying made it very unpleasant.

The room was satisfactory. Clean but with regard to Covid no reassurance was given on how the room was cleaned. Only consideration was hand sanitiser provided in lobby and a sign in room about how keep numbers down for breakfast in the restaurant. We declined breakfast due to numbers staying. The shower function needs to be replaced as it took me 10 mins to change it from bath to shower mode, as the lever part was loose and worked when it fell off. The mattress was old and we had to turn it around to get comfortable. Definitely needs to be replaced. The receptionist was warm and welcoming but management need to to fix these issues.

Holiday weekend, and several weddings, so was not much parking, and was loud until very late. Separated kids from parents while dining after a certain time, no choice about it. Outside those issues, very convenient and good hotel. Walk to the town was very convenient, about 3 minute walk.

Cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t what We expected of this hotel, green marks on the bathroom floor looked like it had been left from cleaning products, toilet seat was broken, the bed was very uncomfortable neither of the 2 of us slept properly, it’s a very old building the main lobby and surrendering areas are all newly done up so it looked but the bedrooms are a major let down, very loud we could hear everything in the surrounding rooms won’t be visiting again
