I stay here often when I travel to see my kids. Clean comfortable and breatfast is pretty good. I had to switch room due to broken toliet. I calles sown and the front desk associate came to my room with another key. I wish is had his name to give a shout out to!! I checked in 02/17/24 and arrived at 11pm. Managment please acknowledge him as he went above and beyond for my convenience to not come back down to the lobby as i was very tired from the road trip.

Clean and up to date property. They end breakfast prior to posted times! 930am not 915 or 920am. Nice to have free parking! A direct shot at The Renaissance!!

Hotel is very bussiness like and has a cold industrial feel. The bed and bath were the saving features. Bed is super comfortable and bathroom is well lit and very nicely done. The hotel is in the city so we dealt with sirens and traffic noise. Staff was super friendly and accomodating.

Checking in was easy and fast (through the use of mariott app). Each interaction with the staff was pleasant, they were nice and welcoming. The room looked really clean. Good, comfortable stay.

Hotel was budget friendly, however upon check-in the hotel host walked right pass us and went outside and started making out with some man. While me and my wife and several other people were left waiting at the front desk for 15min. The ice bucket was stained with some foreign substance, i ask for a new bucket and plastic bag, but they didn't have one. Instead i received a garbage bag.

Very nice newer hotel. Very spacious room. The elevator smelled like fresh laundry! It would have been nice if the front desk could have recommended a good sushi restaurant, but I realize this isn’t a hotel with concierge. I would definitely stay again.

Refrigerator not emptied from previous guest. No shower mat. Wonder if refrigerator not clean what else didn’t get clean

The hotel seems newer and very Clean - what I expected from a Marriot hotel. Amenities wise its a slight step down from the last Marriot I stayed at in Michigan but the price was the same. However, for the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, it was worth it.

The gal who checked us in went above and beyond normal customer service. She helped us download the Uber app and explained how it worked. She was very professional and friendly and we really appreciated the extra attention she gave us.

I stay at this hotel every year I come on vacation from Seattle. I love staying here. This year was a little different. During my 7 day stay this year there were two different occasions where there was a male smoking marijuana close by the front doors. There is a black male with corn rose that works the night shift (graveyard shift). This gentleman customer service skills totally suck! No other way to say it. Several different nights I had to interact with him to get towels then to purchase something up front and it was hideous. He needs some customer service training or he needs to be replaced. I don’t usually leave reviews like this but it was bad. As far as everyone else they were fantastic. Everyone else and the cleanliness is the only reason I may come back and stay at your hotel next year.
