The staff taking care of the free continental breakfast was amazing! So personal, helpful, and friendly. My young daughter loved her, made our stay memorable!
The hotel luggage cart was difficult to steer in and out of the elevator and hallway.

The facility was fine. We stayed for one night. It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location.
It was just a little worn down - specifically, the bathroom.

We had a dog with us and the area to walk around was very nice cvompated to most places. Love that Denny's is right across the street. Facility was a little outdated, otherwise would have been an excellent. Did not use anything at the hotel except breakfast, and altho limited, food was good.
Assuming the hotel is also a long term stay facility as several people seemed to live there.
