My Hotel room was spacious, had a microwave and Fridge, Rooms are cleaned daily, i loved everything besides breakfast and being charged a parking fee. Something has to be done about their breakfast it was horrible.

The stay was a lot better than expected! I booked it for my son’s 7th bday “cousins sleepover” and this stay did not disappoint at all! Clean, staff friendly and patient, area was spacious! Can’t wait to book a room for myself

We had a great weekend up until the last morning. I went downstairs around 6:35 AM to ask if late check out was available as how I had been advised the day before. The girl at the front desk said yes I will not your room for 12:30 PM. One back upstairs in around 9 AM housekeeping was knocking on our door (I’m not sure why they were talking at 9 AM considering check out is at 11). I told her no we are doing late check out at 12:30. 11:05 AM. She was knocking on the door again. Then the front desk called and stated they don’t have a check out and I told them about when I went down earlier that morning and the girl said OK well we will give it to you but if you leave anytime after 1230 we will be charging, which is understandable, but not sure where the disconnect was of who I spoke to that morning. We were celebrating our ninth year anniversary, so it’s a bit upsetting to end it on such a note of the hotel hustling us all morning to check out. They were still going to get a good review from me up until now, even though we couldn’t sleep in yesterday either because you hear housekeeping yelling at each other in the hallway from room to room. I also wasn’t going to mention how we reserved and paid for a room with a view of the mountains and water yet all we got was a View of the building next-door. The rooms are nice. The hotel is nice, but beware of check out if you were requesting late, check out end of you if you request it when you book and pay.

It’s a nice hotel with great rooms but it doesn’t really have any food options nearby. The hotel next door has a bistro but they have VERY limited options on their menu and the one night I decided to go there they were closed because apparently they “didn’t have anybody to work”. Overall the property is nice but if you don’t rent a car you’ll spend a fortune on food delivery.

I enjoyed the stay it was very nice and peaceful. It’s a place where you just want to go and R-E-L-A-X, and that is EXACTLY WHAT I DID!! A shout out to the front desk Girl Jovy (“sounds just like Bon Jovie”) she was very accommodating and my son George and I will be back soon!!

Property is relatively new so it’s clean and conveniently located - however there are a lot of car break-ins in the area so do not leave anything in your vehicle. The evening / night staff was not the most responsive

We love this property! It is located in a very safe and secure part of Oakland, backing up to the Oakland airport. Although it is very close to the airport, you rarely hear the planes flying overhead. This location is especially nice on weekends, as it is located in the heart of a business district that is closed on Saturday and Sunday. The staff is very friendly and the location is very clean. We will be back!

Big refrigerator. Stay of the art gym 24 hours (1 room). Reasonably priced. Not noisy. Quiet. No aircraft noise. Sauna shared with Hampton Inn across the street.

Liked - cleanliness; hotel is close to park/sea where you can take a walk. Breakfast was good. All day coffee/tea/hot water. Staff. Noticed there was car parked (with hotel's parking permit} whose 4 wheels were missing. Not sure what happened there.

Priscilla was so patient and kind with all of my questions. Traveling with a 1 year old couldn’t have gone smoother with the help of their staff. The hotel was very clean and welcoming. We are definitely staying here again.

Nice and clean hotel … just like every other Home2, the unlucky unpleasant difference is this place asked for $16 parking fee although it is in suburban like setting (never happened to us in any other Home2 or Homewood suburb of airport location so far). The other hassle is that the washer/drier works only thru a phone app - not coins

Almost everything was very good. The front desk person, however, was not very friendly or hospitable. She barely spoke in full sentences. The impression the front desk person makes on newly arriving customers is EXTREMELY important. As they say, you only get one chance to make a first impression. She didn't make me feel very welcome.

Everything about the hotel was great except for we found something that we can only assume was some sort of drug paraphernalia that was left in our room by a prior occupant that the housekeeping staff either missed or just had not cleaned the room very well and therefore did not see it but it was quite shocking to find m. It was a piece of aluminum foil with soot and black marks all over it and we found it underneath the front part of the couch and only found it because we dropped a lid to some hair product and upon retrieving it we found this burnt aluminum foil thing. I grabbed it before I realized what it was and then got this black gunk all over my hand and considering I don’t have any idea what it was it was very disturbing and I scrubbed my hand multiple times to even feel clean after having happened. Obviously the hotel staff missed this when they clean the room so that means I’m sure they could be doing a more thorough check of their rooms and a more thorough cleaning but other than that everything at the hotel was good the staff was very nice and courteous, but that find in the room was very disheartening. I will have to say.

Alameda is a great, inexpensive place to stay near the Oakland airport. The hotel was very close by but you don’t hear the airplanes inside the room. The bed was comfortable and we loved the mini kitchen for food. Breakfast was an added perk we had not anticipated and helped get us on our way in the early morning. Would definitely recommend it if you’re on a budget.

This is an excellent, family friendly location. It is striking distance from Bay Area sights while being located in a secluded, peaceful area. There is close grocery shopping, BBQing facilities and a quality breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I liked how big the room was and the surrounding area seemed very quiet except for the planes which was not a problem. The biggest issue that I had was with the Ev charging there. Very expensive and not worth it. Staying at a hotel with reasonable charging is very important and was disappointed that the hotel was charging so much for charging.

This place was nice could of used better cleaning in the room, disinfecting. The power window shades did not work properly just put regular pull string ones. Great for business. But nothing close to it for shopping or eating.

It was an amazing experience at this hotel. Friendly staff, Exceptional cleanliness, perfect location to SF Ferry. Breakfast was good. Love this site, Scenery was beautiful along the Bay area, few feet from hotel.
