The staff at the front desk was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and big. However, I had a hard time sleeping because of the freeway noise.

This hotel is a good place to stay in the east bay. Bayfront trail accessible and an easy walk to Brooklyn Basin. Freeway access is good. My opinion; parking should be free but it’s also the cheapest deal for parking in the bay. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool on a chilly Bay Area evening! I will stay here again.

Executive Inn is a great base to explore Brooklyn Basin & Jack London on foot and access the rest of the area with your car. The property is showing its age, but still maintained by a great staff who are responsive to your needs.

I stayed here for a work trip.The waterfront view with the balcony was really lovely to sit on and do work when it was sunny out. The area is a little industrial but there are still things close by if you want to shop or get food. I had no problem ubering around. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Luis! My room was very clean and it was nice to have a fridge AND a microwave. I'd stay here again if I was in the area. :)

This is my second time I have chosen Executive Inn and Suites at the Embarcadero Cove. I love waking up to the waterfront views. This location was handy for me on this particular trip. Other than the Christmas music in the breakfast room,( It was January), the staff was on it. Come stay.

I was harassed, followed and nearly attacked outside my first floor room at the benches in front of the hotel by someone wandering the property. Some strangers nearby helped me and escorted me to the front entrance of the hotel. The staff called the police but I was so scared to return I left at night to stay at a family members house in San Francisco far from my work event. I do not feel safe returning to this hotel.

Super friendly check-in, that offered us to change to the water view and great spacious room. Bathroom clean and properly functioning. Breakfast was fine, and plenty available. On all days aside Sunday, the restaurant is also opened. Only downside is the location, alot of car break-ins and area considered unsafe.

Great stay, view was beautiful! Neighborhood was weird, right across the freeway were homeless incampments but, we were warned by hotel employers that we needed to get things out of the car because people will sometime break in with no reason. Clean, comfortable and amazing views, highly recommended

Upon check in, Basir provided the best customer service. He was professional, friendly, and so accommodating! Our room overlooked the water and was lovely. Breakfast was delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It was a great experience. would recommend a waterfront room. Staff were fantastic and great feel overall. Getting to the place ia a little sketchy but for the most part I don't know of anywhere in the bay area that doesn't have sketchy/homeless areas around them.

Was good for the price and convenience. Room was clean, Breakfast was free, the little patio overlooking the marina was nice to walk on. I would recommend getting a room facing the marina view and at least second floor. My stay was quick and I stay again.

The staff was excellent! The food was Amazing. The not so good: my daughter in wheelchair. Had ADA room BUT bed height good 8-10” higher than wheelchair seat. Staff couldn’t help, stated could get another room and they’d bring roll away bed. Plus don’t reserve on freeway side! It was soooo loud all night long.

Good！The hotel is much better than I expected. The location along the water helps me relax. My room overviews from the pool and the canal to city buildings of SF? far away. Its spacious lobby is clean and well-designed. The facilities are clean and tidy as well. Service clerks are kind and helpful. Complimentary EV charging helps me a lot.

We stayed 3 nights here, it is a very nice hotel. Parking is very safe, breakfasts food are very delicious. Totally we very enjoyed our stays, I strongly recommend it to everyone .
