The rook was small but clean and the hotel was very close to everything

The breeze from the ocean was great the room rarely got too hot. The check in was smooth and at check out they even offered to hold our bags until our ferry was about to leave. The location was far enough away from the main restaurants and bars that it was not loud at night, but not so far that we had to take a hike just to get to where we wanted to go. The room around the base of the bed could have been cleaner but the bed and bedding was clean! Overall would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location. Centrally-located on Catalina Island.
The carpet in the common areas was pretty worn and needed cleaning or updating.
Staff was great. Rooms are small but very quaint.

67 Stairs to the room, no elevator, but worth it!!
