The air conditioning unit is loud and needs filter checking on some units. Overall its a great hotel and great location on the island.

This is a great little hotel on the waterfront and the staff was very helpful and attentive. They let us keep our bags there before check in so we could enjoy the island without dragging around our baggage. They have a little bar out front which had great drinks and appetizers.
My only complaint is that in the website and on Expedia it says Breakfast included and they said in person it was included but not complementary, it seemed a little evasive and like they were being deceptive. I think they should definitely change it pronto

Great location. Live that they give you chairs and umbrellas for the beach across the street. Nice sheets and towels.
