View from window was industrial, loud and requested top floor and was not given that. Pillows were terrible and there were holes in the walls going on elevator ice machine too far away. Would not stay here again.

Front desk was nice. The service was horrible. They did not have the room i had resrved. They gave me another room which was dirty so I had to go down stairs and ask for another room. They charged me same rate for downgraded room. Pool looked dirty and green. Breakfast was okay.

Flagstaff had some unexpected winter weather come in, and travel conditions were deemed “difficult to impossible “ so our second night was canceled without fees and we moved on to our next destination earlier than expected. THAT is how customers should be treated! Great job Joshua at La Quinta.

We checked in a midnight on our way back home. Check in was a breeze. The breakfast was great. A tad out dated but very doable. If you hear for a weekend or a week, it is perfect with the kitchen and they provide you with utensils and cups.

Pool was a bit murky - kids got a bad chlorine rash from it, definitely needs addressed. Staff was super friendly with the exception of one janitorial staff member. Hotel is still obsessed with "COVID cleaning". My son needed to use the restroom and was scolded by the person that it was closed for covid cleaning. Hotel has signs that masks should be worn if not vaccinated.....ok..... Clearly the covid cleaning doesn't apply to the pool. On the plus, it was a clean hotel with exception of pool, front desk staff was super friendly, and breakfast was great.

We stayed here last year on our way through Flagstaff. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Outback Steakhouse. Breakfast is very good with lots of options.

Upon arrival, I found the bedding to be unclean and unsanitary. When I requested a change at the front desk, they informed me that they don't handle housekeeping duties and offered me a single sheet to change it myself. No clean blanket or pillowcases. I also asked for an alternate room. They told me that they were fully booked. The bed appeared to have what resembled bodily fluids and was covered in hair. I was not going to touch it.

I like that it is pet friendly. My cats and i cuddled in the bed. We are moving to Oklahoma City. The trip has been very stressful in the carrier. They like rosming around the room checking things out.

we enjoyed the stay. only one minor issue. our room was on the first floor next to the stairway. you could hear people going up and down stairs and you could hear the ice machine being used. It kinda interrupted our sleep.we would stay again but would not stay on the first floor.

We have stayed several times at this La Quinta. It’s our go to hotel when visiting our child who is at NAU or for a snowboarding trip up to Snowbowl. The staff is always AMAZING! This weekend however there seemed to be a large in flux of dogs in the hotel. We know that the hotel allows pets but this weekend seemed to be an extreme amount. On our floor two dogs continuously barked for several hours. The staff was immediately attentive to the disturbance but it seems the owners were not in the room. We appreciate that travelers have a hotel to bring pets too, however not sure if we want to hear them during our stay. Again we can’t speak more highly about the staff but we may look at another place that does not allow pets since we don’t bring ours.

Check in was quick. Overall the hotel was clean but there was a chip on the floor in my room. Water was nice and hot. We had to leave early for an event therefore missed breakfast. Staff were friendly. Hotel is close to restaurant.

We really loved the room, it was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent and allowed us access to all the things we wanted to see relatively quickly. The property is clean as well, and they do offer free breakfast (though we didn’t have any). I only interacted with one person at check in, and he was friendly enough, though didn’t give me instructions on how to find our room. We ended up having to go back to the front to ask where the elevator was, and they don’t bring anything to your room, if you need extra towels/blankets, etc, you have to go to the front desk. Overall we would definitely stay here again, as there were no major issues and we really enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to tons of restaurants and shopping and comfortable room.

The rooms were clean and nice. We called ahead to make sure the hot tub was working and had been assured they were. We then went to swim and the hot tub was in fact not working and the “heated” pool was cold.

Great place only thing that was upsetting was the pool room was not that warm for it being a swimming room. And hottub was not working. And breakfast during the week is closed by 9. For people traveling with kids or traveling period it should at least be 9:30am or 10am.

We actually accidentally picked this La Quinta instead of the other one in Flag. The other one is closer to NAU but this one was only about 10 minutes away. Close to the highway, a Cracker Barrel and Walmart, we had stuff around us if we needed it. Hot tub didn't work which seems to be a LaQuinta thing which was a real bummer since we would have loved to take a dip after a day of snowboarding.

Clean, I love the bed it comfortable It’s soft if you like firm bed u will not like the bed. I sleep good I stayed in first floor west side. I walk in from west side door. Dog barking from room and smell like dog from that entrance. My room is dog free but some room I think dog friendly. Breakfast we did not try left early
