I love Tru. My first surprise was the lack of carpet and heavy drapes. Nothing in the room except for bedding that cannot be wiped down and sanitized. The lovely desk clerk said the rooms are deliberately hypoallergenic! Yay! Clean as in spic and span. Try is now my #1 choice for where to stay. It’s also a little bit funky and fun!!!

We loved our stay, great customer service, friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable. breakfast was lovely, the waste is terrible. I hate using plastic cutlery and everything is wrapped in plastic. Drives me nuts!

Guests need to be reminded that you are in the business of selling sleep— to not allow their room doors slam would be soooo courteous and appreciated!
I was in IF for surgery- the jolt from the slamming doors was not the fault of the hotel, but it was irritating as I was recovering.

I was so thankful when we walked in we weren't hit with a lot of fragrances or chlorine smell. Everything was neat and taken care of. Having the game area in the lounge was nice. The gym looked great. The pool was perfect for my littles to enjoy.

This was a great place to stay, trendy, simple and clean with everything we needed. We even played three games of pool! We definitely will stay at Tru by Hilton again.

Very nice hotel. Not familiar with the Tru brand but the hotel appears to be brand new. Very clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable.

The furnace in the room has major problems, with multiple different noises, some very loud coming out of it every time it was on. I let the desk know when I checked out, but they should have known as any past guest would have surely complained. I am sure some poor soul is getting checked into the same room now.

The hotel is in a great location very near the greenbelt and falls. I had a nice view of the river from my window and there's a bridge that takes you right to the greenbelt. It's walking distance from several restaurants & bars, convenient location to hwy 20 and I-15 access. The property is new and very clean. Walmart and a few other retail stores are nearby and would be an easy walk.

Cool trendy and new hotel right in the heart of it all. If the weather wasn't so cold we could have walked to our restaurant. Would definitely stay hear again.

Good hotel for an overnight stay convenient to the I15 and nearby restaurants. Breakfast was adequate.
My biggest complaint was the $75 pet stay for one night. We have a small cockerpoo (non-shedding) dog and think that the charge for an overnight stay was excessive. We will think twice about booking here again as this pet fee makes it quite expensive compared to other nearby hotels. Staff and facilities were otherwise fine.

Bed was worn out, very uncomfortable and they need to mop the floors, no carpet all Vinyl flooring and it needs a good mopping
