It was just for an overnight stay, great friendly staff at check in and out, totally enjoyed the covered pool & hot tub!! Room was acceptably clean, wear n tear showed a little, nice complementaries, comfortable beds, quiet location. Would stay here again…

The sheets had hair all over them, We showed it to the front desk person, Phoenix, who gave us fresh sheets and comforter. The manager is off till Monday. The front desk gave me his card but did not take my name or number. Management who only work during the week and is not available during off hours shows me Best Western does not really care about customer service.

Place was clean i got a sweat room siad dog friendly. I got the room showed up they told me my room was not dog friendly. The put me in a compact un comfortable room ans still paid the price of the sweat room.

How did this hotel get a plus rating????

We had a group next to us drinking all night. They were so loud. We thought we could waite it out but as 2:30 AM rolled around i had to bring the staff in. 2:30 turned into 3 when it sounded like they left the room. We manged to cailm our kids down when their room alarm went off just befor 4 AM. This went on until 5:40AM. After that was turned off another alarm was started and placed in very close to the ajoinong door. I cam honestly say that this was the worst sray at any hotel I have ever had. The staff as professional about the problem but i just don't ever see myself staying here again. I have a full days worth or travel and 2 hours of sleep to do it on.
My final thoughts here. The night staff did what she could and was professional and very kind. If the management is interested I have audio and videos that will backup the terrible group we had next to us.

This was our first trip to Idaho falls and this hotel had great reviews! We checked in super late, but had called ahead to let them know. Front desk staff was so kind and friendly. We were staying for 3 nights and each morning had a breakfast that was just a bit different. My kids loved the pancake maker and all the options. Our stay was great! Everone we interacted with so nice and even when i was sneaking into the kitchen at 2am...she was nice enough to help me. We would absolutely stay again!

We have stayed at this hotel many, many times. It is clear across town from everything we do, but we stayed here because of the amazing 24/7 pool. We learned this trip, that the pool now closes at night - and no explanation was given as to when that happened and why. We will not be staying here anymore due to this. The rooms are good and the overall hotel is OK, but the pool always being open for the kids was the deal breaker.

Fantastic pool and hot tub! Easy to walk to dinner.

Stayed 3 days, no maid service during that time. Trash cans are tiny and garbage piles up in room, everyday you need to go get towels and wash clothes if you want any. Covid is over, time to get daily maid service. So figure that you are not on vacation when you stay, you will need to clean your room, make the bed, take out trash, get clean towels etc. Lots of work and I paid them so that I could work for them.
