The hotel is in a great neighbourhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It is about 10 minutes walk from the main train station but great for commuting around.
The room was a great size and the balcony was a welcome addition to the stay with beautiful views over the city and the mountains in the background. Having a lounge area and a separate bedroom area was great for us after long days of exploring the city. The bathroom had a door and then a curtain to provide privacy but I found the bathroom very hot as the door prevented the air conditioning from getting in and the window (which was very nice) made the bathroom very hot with the sun beating in.
I forgot something in the hotel upon check out and they were so kind and helpful and sent my item to me in Tokyo. Above and beyond in customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Osaka.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in a long time. It was superbly maintained and, because the hotel is boutique, it had the best of everything - food, comfort, amenities and services. The breakfast was absolutely astounding - served as a course meal, although some variety would be appreciated since we stayed for a few days. I will definitely book here again when I return to Osaka.

This was our last stop in Japan (after visiting Tokyo and Kyoto) and we saved the best for last. Our room was gorgeous (great view and spacious) with every amenity I could think of (bubble bath, face products, tea/coffee) and lovely bathroom. In addition to an outside balcony with chairs. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Harmonie Embrasse Hotel Osaka is a wonderful hotel that offers comfort and elegance all in one. The panoramic views of the Osaka cityscape from the large, spacious room windows are stunning. In particular, the high-quality service provided by the friendly and attentive staff elevates the entire stay. Thanks to its central location in the Umeda area, both transport and exploring the city are effortless. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and prestigious stay in the heart of the city. It shows as a 4-star hotel on the app, but it truly deserves 5 stars.
