Excellent value for money. Great location and a nice room! I really enjoyed my stay.
There was only one washing machine available (the second one was not working). For a hotel, this is too few.

The room is quite clean and spacious for Osaka standard. Location is near shopping and restaurant area. There is convenient store near by (Famina). Access to the airport limousine is also a close walk. Have stayed in this hotel before and it still has the same good service.
I was at the 13th floor and felt the earthquake. But when I went down to inquire, they were not aware of the earthquake, so i would advise to stay at a lower floor. Friends who stayed at the 8th floor did not even feel it.

Room was clean comfortable, it had extra pillows and the necessary amenities were provided at the hotel lobby. Close to airport limo bus and subway station. max 10mins walk.
Room cleaning is once every 3 days, so when there is no cleaning, you basically have to put up with the small rubbish bins in the room filling up quickly.
