The apartments were wonderfully spacious, clean and perfect for a couple or small family. The small kitchen was perfect for us to make tea and heat up a few quick meals for the big days and washing machine and drying racks. Close to everything and very convenient.

The washing machine and bathroom dryer were excellent.
Location is great, only a short walk to Osaka umeda station and other local lines.
There are e-bike and scooters for hire out the front of the building, a 7-11 and family mart within meters.
I did dislike anything about this property although I got the vibe more westerners use who maybe care less. It was clean for Australian standards and I I was very comfortable but it didn’t have the same standard as other places we stayed. There were dishes on the dishrack on the sink when we arrived, presumably clean. We also left out there as there were no tea towels to dry.
The clean towels were stacked in a laundry basket as opposed to on a shelf.
The futon to be used as seating was stained in a well used fashion not in a way you wouldn’t sit on.

Clean and spacious. Close to the station and shops. Very quiet and well maintained.

Location! Good location.
The bed is so loud. When you move, the beds feel like almost broke. And the AC is a little but smelly.
