Hôtel accessible, à 10min à pied de la Gare d’Osaka en passant par les entrées des tunnels commerciaux de Métro 10 et 14. Vous avez à proximité tout ce qu’il faut : magasins, centre commerciaux, restaurants, konbini, une excellente situation. Le personnel est présent et disponible pour répondre à vos demandes, ils vous guident volontiers en salle de déjeuner et s’occupent des transferts de bagages et des consignes. Vous avez en libre-service le nécessaire de toilette si besoin et une fontaine a eau dans le couloir

La seule gare à proximité est l’immense gare centrale d’Osaka, à plus de 10 minutes à pied si l’on reste à l’air libre et en tentant de suivre la voie des véhicules.

Great location, only minutes from the UMEDA/OSAKA station.

The hotel was older, the small room layout was not as nice as the newer sister location (in Hakata)--so it did feel a bit harder to move around. But it is fairly clean and we did not have any problem with the service staff. It was a good stay overall. GREAT location, 100 meters from an underground passage to UMEDA station. A street full of restarants is right behind the hotel, and a supermarket near by. We are surrounded by 3 subway stations.

For the same size room, the layout was not as nice as the newer facility--but it cannot be helped.

自駕入住，酒店停車場停車費未算便宜但合理，空調系統差勁，早餐廳優秀值得嘗試，退房沒有困難。

早餐優秀，有電梯的停車位，地理位置優秀，前台職員努力與外國客人溝通，提倡環保。

房間空氣流通甚為欠佳，空調系統老舊，不能開啟窗戶，個別前台職員對客人板臉。

It is not easy to find a room for 3persons. Near the shopping streets. A lot of restaurants nearby.It is quite far away from railway station, especially when you lost the way

Colour of carpet has been worn out. The air conditioner is too old. It can't function well. Also WiFi is weak.

The hotel staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The hotel location is near umeda station and a subway line. It's also fairly close to a lot of food places.

The room is small so if you have more than 1 large luggage, it'd be a bit of a tight fit in the room.

was passable but I would not stay there again if we visit Osaka.

The location was great and staff were very friendly but the property is very old and tired. it’s really needs an update. Also the wifi was terrible and unreliable. We used our wifi dongle more then the hotel wifi.

Good for location, but don’t expect much from the hotel.

Only a small walk to Osaka station (maybe 5 minutes?). Underground walkways connecting osaka station to almost the hotel. Staff were lovely. Great green initiatives - encouraging sustainable methods.

A lot more dated than other Tokyu branded hotels that I’ve been to for a similar price. The pillows were very uncomfortable (half thin pillow, half hard insert to thicken it up). Very thin walls - I could hear my neighbour’s phone vibrating in the morning on their table!

Good for 1 pax stay only.

There are a couple of Japanese restaurants that open for breakfast.

If u have few pieces of luggage n taking subway to hotel though is just walking distance, better hire a taxi. The staircase would be killing you. The staff were not what I expect the usual Japanese would be. They are relatively stern looking and look unapproachable. Maybe they are trying to look professional. Haha! The room is very small for 3pax of us. We have to leave our suitcase at the door throughout our stay. So each day we have to open the door, we have to move the luggage.

Great location but terrible WiFi

The location is close to lots of bars, restaurants and Umeda train station.

This hotel has the worst WiFi I have ever experienced. The connection kept cutting out every 5 mins and I could not even do basic Google searches.
