Location was excellent near Higashi Umeda station great base for exploring Osska area and Whity underground mall with all its restaurants and shops.
We had a triple room and it was huge by japanese standards. Beds very comfortable .
We didnt have hotel breakfast but heard it was really good.. we went to coffee shops in whity mall for breakfast.
Coin laundry on 3rd floor was great
Decor was a little dated but didn't matter at all really.

Location is very convenient to public transportation, reasonable restaurants, supplies, etc. Staff is great.
This is our second time, but first time getting only one bed (all the was available) MUCH too tight for two adults. Bed was against a wall, so difficult to get out if you’re stuck in there. Neither room had an outlet near the bed - bad when you use a CPAP machine.
