The room was just right in size for two people. I do appreciate the promptness of their actions when we had request like when we asked to be moved to a non smoking floor and when we were asking for assistance on amenities. The staff were all so nice, they always have someone who can speak English to help me especially since my Japanese was not really that good. Super recommended!

The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is well placed for the centre of Osaka and Umeda.
The room was very good but a little small for us due to our requirement to spend a lot of time in there each day due to an unrelated medical issue.
As stated above, the room was a little small based on our unusual requirements.

Location
Was very dirty, and expensive when another Koko hotel in a good location was cleaner and less expensive. Laundry machine smelled, bathroom was the cleanest part of the room. Carpet was stained, the wall had a hole in it.
