Great Stay exactly what I needed it

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Included breakfast was good too. I read reviews prior to staying about paying $15 for parking and agree that it’s silly to have to pay for that. However, I didn’t see many alternatives or other options if you didn’t pay for it. Hotel was close to a grocery store and easy to get in and out of. Would stay again.

Amazing Hotel just a short train trip to Boston at quite a savings

The location was very convenient, near the T and shops and Wollaston Beach nearby. Parking was convenient with even some covered spaces. Breakfast was very good and the two women working the breakfast were responsive to requests and very kind to our 5-year old grandson. We selected ‘pet friendly’ in our search filters as we had our 6-month old golden retriever puppy with us. We were SHOCKED to be charged $100 as a pet cleaning fee. We were told they have to do a ‘deep clean’ after a pet is in the room. I suspect this ‘deep clean’ simply involves washing all bedding and a twice-over with the vacuum and that the person doing the ‘deep clean’ receives no additional compensation. This seems to be an excessive fee! We felt we had no choice but to accept the fee as we had already traveled so far and had plans with family. Perhaps if Hotels.com had some type of ‘pop-up’ alert feature when people use a ‘pet friendly’ filter, we would have had the chance to consider another hotel.

Exceptional service - even though Hotels.com messed up my reservation - the hotel had a room and got me squared away - everything was great - I have stayed before and it is always consistently good.

Inconvenient to have to pay $15 per parking space which was NOT denoted in the Expedia summary I will not be back - a shame because it was clean and the staff for housekeeping, food service were excellent

Our room was clean. Bed was comfy. They served a great breakfast. Only negative I have, they did not tell us we had to pay for parking. The next day we noticed a flyer on the counter that informed us we needed a placard to put on the dash of the car. When I inquired, I was informed of a $15 a night charge. Otherwise, our stay was excellent.

Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed to check in prior to the normal check in time to get dressed and make it to a party that was scheduled for 2 and Kayla at the front desk helped and allowed me to check in at 12:30. Great complimentary breakfast as well as the coffee.

A very nice & clean Hotel and especially very tasteful furnished and decorated. Our room was big and well equipped also for a business trip. The internet connection was fast and stable. And the room was almost everyday cleaned. Just one day (on Monday) before we left, was not cleaned. Also just at the last night, we could not sleep due to other guest from upper floor listening loudly to music almost during the whole nicht. We were fine with the breakfast, just missed more fresh fruits. But this did not change our very good impression about the accommodation and the helpful and friendly Service. Thank you so much that you made our Thanksgiving stay in Quincy so comfortable and pleasant!

No housekeeping available till day 4 and 7, but flagrantly asking for housekeeping tips via an envelope. Otherwise, the property is newer so the facilities are nice. There are some things that could have been easily cleaned (stains on wall paper in the bathroom that should be wiped off) but overall the property is nice and the staff are nice. Paid parking only, which is a bit steep at $15/day

Great facilities, clean and has everything you need. Beds are decent, water pressure is great and the breakfast is extensive. Gym is nice! Parking is paid ($15/night) but it's self parking so you have in and out privileges and it is just steps from the front desk (don't have to walk far). Overall great stay and would stay again!

The property was clean, it offered a complementary breakfast, the check in and check was very fast. Convenient to public transportation and dining. A short drive to the beach and downtown Boston if you don’t use the T(train).

First night was a mistake .wife’s wheelchair was a problem and no tub with safety bars with one usable leg .and coffee maker didn’t work .next two were much better .paying for a room without being able to bath ,and no coffee in room .that’s important!
