Nice property at the edge of the city, with nothing around in walking distance. Front desk couldn’t help with any bus or ferry booking, couldn't advise on anything. There is a laminated price-list, offering every single thing for sale (TV, mattress, mini fridge, etc) never seen such thing in any hotel. Breakfast is decent, no complaints there. They charge a 1000 bath security deposit, checking the room after you check out, before they return your deposit. AC keeps the room cool, room is comfortable. There is a pool for men and another pool for woman, try to figure which to use as a family. Small room safe not bolted down, totally useless. Overall a decent place.

Their front desk staffs are very helpful but room service is very bad. I request for an iron but no show until the time I checkout.I would like to suggest that for every room, there should be an iron and a iron board. If not for this, this hotel is completely excellent and through my experience staying in a hotel at Hatyai, this is the best hotel so far.
