I have stayed here before when visiting family. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t as good as it had been previously. I had rented a plug in hybrid vehicle and was happy to see the vehicle charging stations. However the stations didn’t work properly. Otherwise I felt safe and comfortable here.

Our issue was that we booked well in advance(months), got a call after we were already in town that our family of 4 would only get one bed because of a booking mix up on their end. We were able to overlook because they promised us a rollaway bed. Upon checkin we were told that they’d already given all the rollaway beds away. We were offered no compensation. Very unprofessional.

The hotel was great, very new and modern, breakfast options were good! Bed was comfortable and the room was super clean! Only disappointment was no hot tub with the pool, but we brought our family to join us in the pool.

I appreciated that the property was well-maintained and that the room was clean and comfortable and provided inherent amenities which made the stay quite pleasant. Holiday Inn has become my “go-to” hotel while traveling.

We spent a lot of money to stay in a nice motel, but some of the conditions of the room we’re less than satisfactory. The first thing my wife noticed was the water was running at the bathroom sink when will we open the door, not a big deal but didn’t seem normal. Then when we went to turn on the lights there was no bulb in the bedside light on her side of the bed, someone must have stolen the bulb. Later when I went to use the ice bucket to get some ice, there was a half an inch of water in the bottom of it and the plastic bag laying in it was all wet, I could not help but feel it was not sterile. Then later when we went to bed there was a lot of stains on the bedsheets, something from previous users that obviously did not get cleaned off well. After paying over $185 for one night, I was disappointed. The reason we stayed here was to have a great experience, but I left feeling like I got shortchanged. I guess the next trip I should just go back to the cheaper motels, at least then I am not expecting as much

Facility very clean updated and quiet Check in staff was horrible Told me I had no reservation and no rooms available had a confirmation number. Finally located reservation but we’re in interested is solving the situation and then got rude with too bab there are no rooms Won’t be using this company in the future These people need to be trained in the”hospitality” industry

The place looked very new but almost sterile. Beds were very comfortable, room was quiet and temperature control was easy to maintain. Room amenities were very spare: bare minimum of towels, cups, coffee and soap. If you like Dove soap products, cheap coffee pods and no napkins… this is your place!

The hotel was extremely clean and well-maintained. The variety of breakfast options pleased the entire family. The staff at the front desk both upon arrival and our departure were not very courteous. They did not welcome us when we entered the building. There was no explanation why the two extra people working at the front counter weren't able to help check us in. And it was obvious that the communication between staff is not great as they checked us into a room that was still in the process of being cleaned.

Check in was a circus. Manager on duty, Lee, did not get involved to help until 1 hour waiting in lobby, with 3 children, trying to resolve issue myself. I needed to pay with a different card from what was used at booking due to death of husband and having a new payment card. At check out, attempted to fill my coffee cup from lobby. Both large coffee pots in common area empty, 1 hour after breakfast was over.

The fire alarm flashed the entire night brightly in the room. Small area to take dog to the bathroom on the opposite end of the lot from where my room was. Brek was very pleasant, definently need more staff because he was there for so long because of a lack of trained people. He's doing a great job keeping the place running.

This is such a great hotel. Initially, we planned to stay in Hood River during this Memorial Day weekend. Then we found this hotel still has available rooms with reasonable price. We booked it. It turned out to be such a great stay. Love the clean hotel, friendly staff, convenient location, and great warm breakfast in the morning. It is very close to the places we planned to visit. My daughter really enjoyed the room and the comfortable bed. I would like to say "Thank You!" to the staffs of the hotel.

The room was very nice. At the breakfast they needed to restock after a group came through and no one was around for a long while to do it. And they keep the temperature too low for staying there to eat breakfast.
