Finally stay on a trip in the PNW and this was such a disappointment. One side note is the company charging $19 for parking when they have an entire lot? I can understand for the underground parking, sure but just a normal parking place you already have built? Just ridiculous. Then we get to our room and the drain in the sink is stuck, so just a bunch of water that won’t go anywhere. Better off staying someplace close to the airport. Food was serviceable, waitstaff was wonderful.

Perfect hotel. All the usual qualities for excellence plus 24 hour a day airport shuttles, a nice bistro well priced (no free breakfast but the bistro is much better), and online check in is a breeze. Modern decor feels restful. Very little traffic noise.

The expectation was higher for a hotel branded Courtyard by Marriott. The room was basic but nice, comfortable and overall clean. The check-out staff was a disaster in opposition with the check-in staff.

The loud buzzing that came from the room heating system mounted by the window made it almost impossible to sleep in this room. Despite the fact that the heater had almost no impact on the temperature in the room (it only rose from 60 to 68 degrees during the night), I tried turning off the power to it until I realized that doing so had no impact at all on the loud noise coming from the unit. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff, including one of the receptionists and the van driver, were most welcoming and helpful. Because it was not initially clear that our Hotels.com reservation had gone through, I had called the hotel’s direct reservation number to confirm it and was surprised to hear the young woman who answered say that we did not have a reservation but that she “had too much to do to make one” for us, but said that if we wanted to “hold for awhile,” someone might eventually be able to help. Since it was already 8:30 pm on the night of our intended stay, that tempted us to find somewhere else to stay. Fortunately our second attempt to make the reservation through Hotels.com was successful. Were it not for a short night and the need to rise for a very early flight, we would have asked for a different room. All things considered, if the heater had been functional and less noisy, we might consider staying at the Seattle SeaTac Marriott Courtyard again.

We stayed in July. Generally the stay was fine. The big disappoint was housekeeping service. On several occasions we had to call for the service. Management's explanation for the inconsistent service was they were overwhelmed by the high occupancy during the time we were there. This makes no sense as this should be planned for.

Had a terrible experience last night at Courtyard by Marriott Sea Tac. Though we had made and confirmed a reservation a week prior and received a check in email earlier in the day, when we arrived, the reservation was not honored. The place was completely filled, but their system and Expedia had continued to sell reservations.

Shuttle was full when we needed to go to the airport. Ended up having to get an Uber. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking expensive .$20 per night Staff was busy and didn’t write down out shuttle reservations

The check-in person did not know their head from their tail. Weather issues added to the problem with every one needing rooms. I booked through Hotels.com and protected my booking. I waited for close to an hour and finally just said, would you just go ahead and look at my last name and then she goes oh I do see you have a room. She was telling the 15 individual waiting for a room that they were overbooked, and they would have to go somewhere else to find a hotel. November

Need a one night stay for an early flight after staying at Anderson Island. Shuttle was the best part! Took us to and picked us up from the Link station to go to Downtown Seattle. Trip to the Airport was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. They even accommodated an early check in for us.

The stay was excellent but we were stuck out at the Airport looking for a shuttle as there was places to call Coutyyards but neither was this hotel and they were if no help just told us to call even after I said I did not have a phone. Finall y walked to another Kiosk and there was a paper taped on it with Zone so lucky I knew that was the previous name so you need to get KIOSK updated as it was cold standing outside. Told girl at Front desk at hotel and she could not have cared less otherwise Very nice place.

I loved the shuttle; however, one thing I disliked was the drivers waiting for a tip. I get that they like tips, but getting upset for not getting one is just ridiculous! That’s their job.

Getting there was confusing, Hotels.com gove no direction and no phone number, and the hotel was not listed at the airport. The two other Marriotts we called said merely that this one was “new” and they did not have phone number to call for a shuttle, amazing. After we got there all was good.

Our stay was okay, however the hotel was in transition, without a restaurant and the faucet in the bathroom was loose. The staff was very pleasant,courteous, and helpful.

The Zone hotel is under renovation, and will become a Courtyard by Marriott. In the meantime, it was a great place to stay near SeaTac airport. Be aware, there is basically no sign for the hotel (a paper sign invisible at night), so look closely. The HVAC was super noisy in my room, but otherwise great place.

first room assigned on first floor, shades would not close...front desk said "construction issues"...sorry...but did change my room, second room,,,shades closed TV. "off line" and no one working who could restore service. I had early (4:30am) departure. Front desk, in evening said I was "on list" to have airport shuttle available at 4:30am, and a "grab and go breakfast bag"...bag was at desk...shuttle was "not arriving until 5:00am"!! I was not on list for service...I was in lobby at 4:20am...another guest was also there and offered to share an uber to airport...he was also supposedly "on list"...and there at 4:15 am...no shuttle available???

I arrived with my right arm in a sling and even after watching me struggle, not one of the people sitting at the desk offered to help me get my luggage on a cart or up to my room. No restaurant there or nearby so if you don’t have a car, you’re stuck.
