The hotel is clean and well located for an overnight at the airport. Make sure to call for pickup at the kiosk with the directory of all shuttles. I got in from a delayed flight at around 2:30 am. I knew I would be a very late check in but not so late! Shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive as per their schedule. It has changed as of May 1 and now you must call. This is better than waiting alone for so long. Front desk person was great as I was worried they would close my reservation but they held the room. Check in was easy and I was in my room in minutes.

Staying at DoubleTree hotel ,was a very good experience for me and my friend. It was her birthday so I went to surprise her our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. one of the things that I love most is it was so near to the airport and there was shuttle buses to take us from and to the airport The staff there were friendly and very easy to talk with .I would recommend double Tree to anyone who want a comfortable stay in a clean and peaceful environment. I am definitely going back because I love the services provided.the food the bar was excellent and the staff were friendly and really nice. The one problem I have was they don't deliver room service because of covid. But you can place your order and go pick it up ,I was lazy and don't want to get up😀 and my friend was lazy too.over all great hotel and very affordable.👌hey Guys choose the 12floor nice view.

The hotel was nice and perfectly located. Having the shuttle to the airport 24 hours a day was perfect for our middle of the night ride to the SeaTac. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. Having the balcony was nice. My only complaint would be that the elevators and balcony doors did not have the correct insulation so in April it was cold in the elevators and the balcony had cold air blowing in. Additionally without being double panes-the airplanes were very loud. Thankfully I was tired so I slept through most of the noise but I did have trouble initially falling asleep. The beds were very comfy and the water pressure was awesome!

Great hotel
Location in Seattle, not the most updated but was comfortable nonetheless. Did not like that there was no heads up for the daily parking rate of $33 a night even if you’re a guest

The parking was VERY expensive and the breakfast was not complimentary. Eggs cost $22!!!! I would never stay there again. I even demanded a refund on parking because only two doors down we had paid $15 less per day while out of town for a week. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows made us all sneeze, none of us have allergies.

The staff are amazing and are working very hard. The bar staff are very friendly as well. The hotel is old and run down. It definitely needs a facelift. The room was clean but old.

The new shuttle driver for Hilton Doubletree SeaTac , named Hank , was amazing! He was so kind to disabled individuals and to the passengers.

Was a nice place to stay for our overnight layover. Our room was in the back tower which was quite the hike with four kids in tow and involved multiple elevators. Overall the room was a little outdated but clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shuttle was on time and was available for our early morning departure.

Nice hotel. Free shuttle from hotel to airport that runs every 30 minutes. 10
Minutes from airport. Gym. Outside pool. Close to some restaurants. Clean safe. Gift shop and bar/restaurant. Would recommend

The hotel was fine but really needs to be updated-furniture knicked and old. Desk staff was fine. It is advertised as having parking $20 per night but that is deceiving since over 6 dollars a night is added on for taxes, etc.

First of all, the staff was very friendly. No problems there. But the place was generally untidy around the edges. There were many room-service dishes left outside rooms on my floor when I checked in and they were still there the next morning. I went to sit by a fireplace in the lounge near the lobby and had to move a table that hadn't been cleaned. Lots of chairs not pushed in here and there, too. And I totally understand it's still difficult to get adequate staffing these days, but considering the room rate, the overall impression wasn't strong. Also: This is an enormous hotel. A million rooms and a lot of people in it. When I went down the next morning before 5 a.m. to get to get on the airport shuttle, there were already about 40 people in line for it. Keep that in mind. I just don't think I got a great value for my money.

Check in was a bit challenging and finding my room. But it's a pretty nice hotel. The bed and shower was pretty awesome. Food was pretty good as well. They had pretty good options for vegetarians. On the whole, i really enjoyed my stay.

Pretty dated hotel with so many wings you get lost trying to find your way out. Beds were comfy and hotel restraunt staff were really nice. Would be nice to include a breakfast but it was overall ok.

Beautiful balconies and pool courtyard. Very fast, convenient airport shuttle. Only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast.

After 14 hours travel we arrived to be put in a room that was as far as possible from the front desk. Did not receive an offer of help with the bags and did not receive our warm cookie. There was a water leak that had soaked the floor by the elevator, our room had slopped coffee down the wall by the door. And the bed cover had holes in it. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. We do not know the Seattle area and booked via Expedia. I suspect that was the reason for our rooms location and perhaps the quality of the room given. We will not select this hotel again if travelling via Seattle.

Bed and pillows were awesome. Room was too hot and I couldnt reset the thermostat. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

Onsite dining and close to the airport.

The parking is a joke. They charge $33 per day and it’s not even valet. They use machines to get people in and out of the uncovered parking lot. The machines weren’t even working and would take 15 minutes to open the gate. Forget the “help” button because no one even answers, especially at night. I called the front desk from my phone and the phone just rang and rang. Someone came to “clean” my room and there wasn’t much cleaning going on. There was short black hair in the shower on the wall and I have long blonde hair. The staff never even cleaned it which leads me to believe they just don’t clean the showers. I was disgusted. I will never return.

Lack of staff rooms were nice in the 1970,'s. Packing a car is more expensive than the room

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times. This past stay the room I had was extremely old, the bathroom was dirty the toilet barely flushed. My bed sheets were not tucked in just hanging down. Then had dinner at the bar and the bartender (a guy) was just dismissive totally unfriendly and overlooked me several times to deal with younger clientele just a really bad experience this stay

Everything was good except the hallways were ice cold and my room was incredibly cold. I had to stand on the bath mat to brush my teeth because the tile floor was unbearably cold. The light that is situated above the shower would randomly decide when it was going to turn off or on by itself while I showered. Hm, with this and the chilly temperature of the room and bathroom, I’m starting to wonder if maybe it was haunted? Either way, I had a quiet relatively relaxing experience. Hotel staff was friendly, check in was fast, and I was offered fresh cookies upon arrival. All in all, a nice hotel and I would stay here again.

It smelled like urine outside our door. Very old

I had reserved a king bed with city view, only to find out there was none left when I got there, and the room I got did not have a view at all. Room was really outdated, beds sheets had holes in them. Towels were rough, not enough light and the room had a weird smell, good thing I was juts in there 5 hours to catch some sleep, would not be staying here again. Always have had bad experience with Hilton hotels.

This was a very large property. The accommodations we had a very nice view of the Lake off our patio. The room was very spacious and clean as could be with no complaints. The Bed/Bedding was very comfortable and the shower water presure was powerful, very hot water. I only have 2 complaint or issues that could be easily fixed by the time i revisit again this summer.
1. Paint the lines in the entire parking lot area's, because the old lines have been long erased and it will make it easier too park the cars uniformity.
2. Add more lighting in the parking lot, especially in the rear of the property. Its very very dark at night, for safety reasons also. I once livind in Seattle/Tacoma Washington from 1994-2008, so ive been knowing about this hotel for years. Thank you US Veteran Red Oak, Texas

Paid a small extra for a room with “Mountain View’s” but all we saw was a parking lot and massive buildings for the airport. Zero mountains.

Rooms sadly need updating. Bathroom ceiling was in bad shape . I almost fell in the shower, no mat or safety strips in tub!! Beware if you are staying there with your car you will be charged for parking!!!!!
